Research On The Countermeasures Of Party Building Work For Graduate Students In Kunming Universities In The New Er

At present,the great changes unseen in a century are accelerating,and the means of ideological infiltration by Western anti-China forces are more subtle and intense.Graduate students are high-level talents in China and the main body of young people.Their thoughts are also vulnerable to the impact of anti-China forces at home and abroad.Therefore,we must attach great importance to the ideological and political education of graduate students.The party building work of postgraduates is an important link in the ideological and political education of postgraduates,and it is of great significance to strengthen the party building work of postgraduates.This paper takes some universities in Kunming as the object of empirical research,conducts questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with students and teachers in Kunming universities,and based on the survey data,systematically analyzes and summarizes the achievements,shortcomings and reasons behind the party building work of postgraduates in Kunming universities,and puts forward some targeted countermeasures.Through the analysis of the research results,in the party building work of graduate students in Kunming universities,certain work results have been achieved in the development of party members,the vanguard and exemplary role of graduate party members,the institutional awareness of graduate party members and the standardization of graduate party members ’ education and management.However,there are also some problems in the party building work of graduate students,such as insufficient study of political theory of some graduate party members,utilitarian motivation of some graduate students to join the party,insufficient work style construction in the party building work of graduate students,lax discipline construction in the party building work of graduate students,imperfect system in the party building work of graduate students,and low quality of the team in the party building work of graduate students.These problems are not conducive to the development of party building work of graduate students in Kunming universities.This paper analyzes the reasons for its problems : the methods of party political construction in some colleges and universities need to be improved,affected by the social employment environment,some colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to party spirit education,some colleges and universities do not know enough about discipline education,and do not form a long-term mechanism for postgraduate party building work.Therefore,for the problems and causes.The party building work of graduate students in colleges and universities should build the lifeline of political construction in the party building work of graduate students;make good use of the main position of ideological construction in the party building work of graduate students;grasp the high standards of style construction in the party building work of graduate students;to protect the strict requirements of discipline construction in the party building work of graduate students;establish a strong mechanism for institutional construction in the party building work of graduate students;to build the main force of organizational construction in the party building work of postgraduates and other countermeasures to achieve high-quality development of party building work of postgraduates in colleges and universities.Through analysis and research,the following basic conclusions are drawn : First,the party building work of graduate students in colleges and universities is not only a theoretical problem,but also a practical process.Second,we should highlight the fundamental construction of ’ political construction ’.Third,the party building work of graduate students in colleges and universities has both the common factors of the party building of college students and its own distinctive characteristics.In practice,we must adhere to the dialectical thinking of the combination of universality and particularity of contradictions.Fourth,adhere to the combination of theory and practice is the only way for the party building work of graduate students in colleges and universities.
