Analysis Of Factors Influencing Satisfaction With Public Safety Services

The 20 th Party Congress proposed to promote the modernization of national security system and capacity,resolutely maintain national security and social stability.Public security is an important part of national security and an important condition for ensuring the safe development of society.Deepening the study of public security services and clarifying the factors influencing the satisfaction of public security services are conducive to timely identification of problems and finding governance measures to bring better security to the people and enhance national security.This paper clarifies the concept of satisfaction with public security services through literature analysis,subdivides public security into traffic security,social security,network security,ecological security,economic security and political security based on the responsibilities of public security organs,and concludes that the evaluation of satisfaction with public security services is both influenced by the level of public security construction and constrained by the dissemination mechanism of network platforms,thus forming a research framework based on cluster analysis of network texts and hypothesis model exploration.The former uses web crawler technology to collect information on public safety services.The former uses web crawler technology to collect online comments,and analyzes the themes of factors influencing people’s satisfaction in traffic safety service,social safety service,network safety service,ecological safety service,economic safety service and political safety service through LDA theme model technology,and constructs a semantic network diagram of textual keywords for various public safety services to realize keyword visualization and association analysis.The latter constructs a mechanism model of online platform communication of public safety service events through frame theory and social media-mediated crisis communication theory,quantifies people’s commentary sentiment by using text sentiment analysis technology,and as the dependent variable,conducts hypothesis verification through OLS regression model,summarizes the factors influencing online platform communication,and provides certain supplements and corrections to the former’s online text theme analysis study.The findings of this paper are as follows:Firstly,at the general level,the punishment of problems and the construction of security are the most concerned factors for the public.Secondly,from the perspective of security in each field,the service factors affecting the satisfaction of traffic security are integrity situation,network supervision,vehicle management,governance measures,city evaluation,individual norms,social equality,key places and police-public relations;the service factors affecting the satisfaction of ecological security are human trafficking problem,crime fighting,fraud problem,campus security,women’s security,rural construction,network voice channel,personal security and epidemic situation.Factors affecting satisfaction with network security include legal construction,network environment,information security,network governance,privacy protection,personal protection,leadership management,network fraud,network monitoring,and underage protection;factors affecting satisfaction with ecological security services include forest protection,campus health,ecological sustainability,problem punishment,media supervision,network regulation,government responsibility,animal diversity and pasture protection;factors affecting economic security Service satisfaction factors are network data security,fraud crimes,victim groups,severe crackdown,case process,criminal means and information leakage;service satisfaction factors affecting political security are legal construction,foreign forces,corruption problems,fighting and ruling the black,social justice,large-scale activities,network public opinion and the interests of the masses.Finally,in the study of the factors influencing the dissemination mechanism of the network platform,the time of information release,the emotional tendency of releasing events,and the creditability of commenters have significant effects on the evaluation of people’s satisfaction with events.In this regard,this paper proposes to strengthen vehicle management and traffic education,strengthen public security district patrols,improve the construction of network laws,purify the network environment,strengthen the protection of woods and meadows and biodiversity,increase the punishment of fraudulent illegal acts,and crack down on problems related to blackness and corruption,and proposes that network participants,especially communicators,pay attention to the reasonable wording of published information,choose a reasonable We also put forward targeted suggestions,such as the Internet participants,especially the communicators,should pay attention to the reasonable wording and timing of information release,and the government departments should educate Internet users according to their needs.
