A Study On Occupational Safety Vulnerability And Risk Prevention And Control Of Supplementary Police

With the acceleration of modernization,Supplementary Police,as an important supplementary force of the people’s police,plays an important role in the process of cracking down on crimes and maintaining national security and social harmony and stability.However,supplementary police often face occupational safety risks such as health risks,social risks and security risks in the process of assisting the people’s police in law enforcement and handling cases,which not only seriously threaten and endanger the physical and mental health of supplementary police,but also frustrate their work enthusiasm to a certain extent,reduce the sense of occupational belonging,and then affect and restrict the overall function of the public security team and improve the work efficiency.Therefore,this paper takes supplementary police team as the research object,carries out relevant research on the current occupational safety vulnerability of supplementary police,and puts forward feasible suggestions for the prevention and control of occupational safety risks of supplementary police.By combing the existing literature,this study defined the concepts related to the occupational safety vulnerability of supplementary police,built a theoretical model of occupational safety vulnerability of supplementary police based on the vulnerability theory,and determined three dimensions of occupational safety vulnerability of supplementary police,such as exposure,sensitivity and adaptability.The influencing factors of occupational safety vulnerability of supplementary police were explored by literature research,interview,questionnaire and other research methods,which were used as the basis for the compilation of assessment questionnaire of occupational safety vulnerability of supplementary police.And put forward “supplementary police occupational safety vulnerability and exposure have a significant positive impact”,“supplementary police occupational safety vulnerability and sensitivity have a significant positive impact”,“supplementary police occupational safety vulnerability and adaptability have a significant negative impact” and other relevant hypotheses.Through the pretest and formal test of the questionnaire,spss22.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data of the questionnaire,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)the occupational safety vulnerability and exposure of supplementary police had a significant positive impact.(2)The occupational safety vulnerability and sensitivity of supplementary police have a significant positive influence.(3)The occupational safety vulnerability and adaptability of supplementary police have a significant negative impact.On the basis of hypothesis testing,the research results are further analyzed and summarized.Based on the toughness theory,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the prevention and control of occupational safety risks:(1)Strengthen education and training to improve physiological toughness.(2)Strengthen psychological construction and improve mental toughness.(3)Optimize job security and improve its resilience.(4)Perfect long-term mechanism to improve professional toughness.(5)Improving the legal system and making it more resilient.(6)Attach importance to cultural strength and improve cultural resilience.
