Research On Public Security Intelligence Process Enabled By Artificial Intelligence

The increasing maturity of artificial intelligence technology has brought a series of opportunities and challenges to the current public security intelligence work,and promoting the intelligent development of public security intelligence process has become an urgent need for public security intelligence departments.Based on this,it is imperative to study the public security intelligence process empowered by AI.This article first defines the two major concepts of "Artificial Intelligence" and "Public Security Intelligence Process",clarifies the two theoretical foundations of "intelligence process theory" and "information ecology theory".Then,using literature research methods,it conducts research on the application of AI in domestic and foreign intelligence process at present,and uses interview methods to investigate the current operation status of public security intelligence process,it has been found that there are problems in the operation of public security intelligence process,such as a lack of interaction with users,open source intelligence that needs to be explored,difficulty in integrating all source intelligence,heavy intelligence analysis tasks,insufficient intelligence production efficiency,and inconsistent pace of intelligence construction.To address the above issues,this article studies and constructs a PCPA-TA public security intelligence process empowered by AI.The first "P" refers to "perception" in Intelligent Perception of Intelligence Requirements,"C" refers to "collection" in Intelligent Intelligence Collection,and the second "P" refers to "processing" in Intelligent Intelligence Preprocessing,"A" refers to "analysis" in intelligent intelligence analysis,and "TA" refers to "transmission and application" in intelligent intelligence transmission and application,and uses hyphens to connect the production and usage stages.As key elements,"full source data","intelligent technology","algorithm model","intelligent intelligence service platform",and "intelligence practitioners" play an important role in the operation of the PCPA-TA public security intelligence process.This article uses the "Information Ecology Theory" to study the public security intelligence work ecosystem based on the PCPA-TA public security intelligence process,and analyzes the relationships between the internal elements of the system.At the same time,this article provides a detailed analysis of the intelligent characteristics of each link in the process.Finally,this article takes real cases as examples to conduct application research on the public security intelligence process empowered by AI,and summarizes the implementation path of the process,research shortcomings,and future research prospects of the topic.
