| Universities and colleges are the main field of innovation and development in the new era of China,and they shoulder the great historical mission of training national high-quality personnel.At present,colleges and universities are plagued by various traditional and new policing problems in the process of political,economic and cultural operation and development embedded in the society.In order to guarantee the stability of the security order in colleges and universities for the better,ensure the personal,lives,properties and psychological safety of teachers and students in colleges and universities,it is necessary to start from the source that induces the security problems in colleges and universities: the security risks in colleges and universities,and solve the current problems of low efficiency and insufficient wisdom in security risk prevention and control to meet In order to adapt to the development and evolution of security risks in colleges and universities in the digital era,public security organs and internal security departments of colleges and universities need intelligent technical support to realize the transformation and upgrading of security risk prevention and control.Firstly,the two core concepts of security risk and intelligent security risk prevention and control in colleges and universities are discussed and defined from the origin and development of concepts,connotation and extension.Two technical concepts in the field of computer,ontology model of university security risk and knowledge graph,are sorted out and explained to provide basic theoretical support for the whole paper.Secondly,review the security risk prevention and control work in colleges and universities from the perspective of intelligent prevention and control,and explore the current problems in three aspects: insufficient intelligent perception ability,difficulty in playing data value,and lack of technical support for prevention and control.This paper considers three reasons for the above problems: firstly,the low level of technical system capability,secondly,the lack of overall technical architecture guidance,and thirdly,the low professional level of team risk prevention and control.Again,in order to introduce knowledge mapping technology to solve the existing problems,it is necessary to "describe" the security risks of colleges and universities with the narrative logic of knowledge mapping: firstly,to find out the principle of security risks of colleges and universities,secondly,to decompose the security risks of colleges and universities according to "people-places-things-things-organizations".The third is to clarify the relationship between risk elements.This "description" provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the ontological model of knowledge mapping and a logical framework for expressing the facts of security risks in colleges and universities.Based on the above "description",define the five-dimensional ontology of "people-places-things-organizations" in the knowledge mapping pattern layer of university security risk,use Protégé software to realize digital modeling,design the overall construction process of the knowledge mapping,and explain the key technologies involved.It explains the key technologies involved,and provides visualization examples of ontology models and knowledge maps.Finally,design and build the technical architecture of intelligent security risk prevention and control in universities with knowledge mapping technology as the core,including perception layer,network layer,data layer and application layer,and realize four intelligent application functions of knowledge query,risk association analysis,high-risk points warning and prevention and control decision suggestion.The implementation of technical architecture represents the formation of intelligent prevention and control,that is,based on the high cognitive processing ability and independent research and judgment ability of university security risk knowledge map and technical architecture,it realizes the active,efficient and accurate identification,evaluation and analysis and disposal of university security risks in the whole time and space in the university domain,prevents and controls its output and evolution,and improves the overall prevention and control of university security risks by public security authorities and internal security departments of universities.The effectiveness of the project will be improved. |
