Based on the fact that the network has become the main battlefield and the forefront of the ideological struggle,this paper anchored the new era,the new historical orientation,focused on the CPC,the main body of ideological construction,and conducted research on the practical path of the CPC’s network ideology construction in the new era.Guided by the Marxist ideology theory,this paper comprehensively uses the method of literature research and theoretical practice to investigate the ideological origin,practical basis,theoretical guidance,important achievements and existing problems of the network ideology construction of the CPC in the new era.Through the logical way of facing problems,finding problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems,explore the practical path of the CPC’s network ideology construction in the new era.The classical discourse on ideology construction by Marxist classical writers and the main leaders of the CPC is the theoretical source of the network ideology construction of the CPC in the new era.This paper analyzes the reality of the CPC’s network ideology construction in the new era from both domestic and international aspects.At the domestic level,Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the development of China’s network information technology has been fruitful.However,in the process of social transformation,various unstable factors have accompanied,and the construction of network ideology is also facing more pressure.At the international level,the world is experiencing unprecedented changes,with the trend of "rising in the east and falling in the west" being a historical development trend.However,China is still in a situation of "being strong in the west and weak in the west".In the realistic situation where opportunities and challenges coexist,the guidance of Scientific theory is needed.Reviewing the construction process of the CPC’s network ideology,it has made a series of achievements.From the perspective of ideology,the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology has been established.From the perspective of network governance,the continuous improvement of the network ecosystem has been achieved.On the basis of a series of important achievements,the network ideology construction of the CPC in the new era also faces many practical problems.Firstly,the ideological struggle on the internet is fierce,and the noise in the cyberspace is frequent.Various erroneous trends of thought,including Historical nihilism,constantly impact the attraction of socialist network ideology.Secondly,the development of the Internet provides more convenient channels for the dissemination of erroneous values.The capitalist values of class nature are disguised as "Universal value",and the capitalist values weaken the cohesion of socialist network ideology through network dissemination.Once again,under the advocacy of "freedom of the internet and speech",the chaos of online public opinion is rampant.Its essence is to use public opinion to guide people’s ideological cognition,weaken the awareness of network sovereignty and norms,broaden the channels for ideological infiltration,and endanger the security of socialist network consciousness.At the level of cyberspace governance,there are also issues with information technology being difficult to break through and the institutional system needing improvement.Based on the analysis of important achievements and practical issues,this paper explores the practical path of constructing network ideology in the new era,in accordance with the research framework of enhancing the leadership and cohesion of network ideology,and creating a clean and upright network space.The first is to strengthen the leading force of socialist network ideology through theoretical innovation,system innovation and good network Mass line.The second is to explore the Core Socialist Values and the core values of the Communist Party,and strengthen the cohesion of socialist network ideology through the cultivation and practice of both.The third is to create a clean and upright online space.The main approach includes firmly grasping the leadership of network ideological work and implementing the main responsibility of the "key minority";Improve the legal and regulatory system,enhance the capacity of network management and pipeline network;Build a comprehensive security system to coordinate platform security,security,technical support,and talent support,and jointly build a good network ecosystem.
