Research On Cult Governance In H Region From The Perspective Of Symbolic Interaction Theory

Looking back at the past,China has made tremendous achievements in the management of cults and formed many valuable historical experiences that have been effective.Looking forward to the future,the complex and changeable world situation and the new trend of cult development have put forward higher requirements and challenges for the future work of managing cults.Against this background,what kind of state China’s cult governance presents,what kind of governance effect there is,what dilemmas and problems exist in the process of cult governance,and how to solve and optimize the cult governance model are all questions that need to be answered in the current research on cult governance.Based on the above considerations,this paper selects cult governance in H region as a typical case,collects a large number of original data of cult governance in H region through interviews,participatory observation and second-hand analysis,and uses symbolic interaction theory as the framework combined with qualitative research methods such as case analysis to deeply analyze the interaction process of cult governance in H region from the four dimensions of subject,behavior,content and environment.It is found that from the perspective of historical evolution,the development of cult governance in H area is divided into three stages: exploration period(1978-1997),development period(1997-2012)and improvement period(2012-present).From the perspective of the current situation of interaction,Region H attaches importance to the shaping of the role of "ruler" in the main body of governance,continuously enriches the interactive means of cult governance in governance behavior,supplements the laws and regulations governing evil according to law in the content of governance,and pays attention to the shaping of the political environment in the governance environment.At the same time,this study also finds that there are still certain problems in the interaction process of cult governance in H region: unclear positioning of governance subjects,poor interaction of governance behaviors,difficult integration of governance content,and unstable governance environment.After in-depth analysis of symbolic interaction theory,it is found that the main reasons for the dilemma are the disorderly positioning of various interactive roles in the active dimension,the difficulty of achieving positive interaction rituals in the behavioral dimension,the confusion of the legal and policy symbol system of cult governance in the content dimension,and the lack of stable interactive situations of cult governance in the environmental dimension.Therefore,this study proposes the following countermeasures for the current situation and problems of cult governance in H region: in terms of subject symbols,form a social governance pattern of pluralistic participation and eliminate solidified symbols;In terms of behavioral symbols,soft governance and the construction of communication platforms are introduced to form good interactive rituals between cult governance subjects and between governance subjects and governance objects;In terms of content symbols,improve the legal system for cult governance,and accurately match policy content with needs;In terms of link symbols,build a stable religious governance environment and form a healthy social and cultural environment.
