Objective: The high risk and high intensity occupational characteristics of the police determine that they have a lot of work pressure. If not relieved in time,it will cause serious physical and psychological harm to the police and disturb their police work.Because the police work in different ways, the workplace is not fixed, the working time is uncertain, many stress relief training methods although effective, but because the environment is not suitable or the training cycle is long,it is necessary to find a simple, low equipment requirements, easy to single police operation of stress relief methods. This paper combines the principle of eye movement with the principle of proprioception, selects the heart rate variability as the evaluation criterion, studies the impact of the visual-motor combined proprioception training on the individual autonomic nervous system, explores whether the visual-motor combined proprioception training has the effect of relieving pressure, and explores the factors affecting the effect of the visual-motor combined proprioception training. To provide a new simple and effective method for police to relieve pressure. Methods: In study 1,a two-factor mixed experimental design was used: 2(group:visual motor combined proprioceptive training group and control group)×2(time: before and after training). The subjects were 40 auxiliary police officers of F County under pressure(score of stress perception scale > 42),and were randomly divided into two groups of 20 people in each group, which were the combined optokinesis proprioception training group and the control group. The balls in the combined optokinesis proprioception training group moved regularly when watching the video. While the control group watched the video of the ball standing still, both groups trained separately for three minutes. The method of pre-and post-test comparison was adopted. The standard deviation(SDNN)of RR interval of heart rate variability, the root mean square(RMSSD)of the interval difference between adjacent RR,the percentage of the interval difference between adjacent RR > 50ms(PNN50),the low frequency component(LF),the high frequency component(HF),the high frequency and low frequency ratio(LF/HF),and the graph parameters of Poincare plot(SD2,SD1)were selected /SD2)eight physiological indicators to verify the effectiveness of the combined visual-motor proprioceptive training on stress relief. In study 2,a two-factor mixed experimental design of 3(group: normal training group,0.3 speed training group,3 speed training group)×2(time: before training, after training)was adopted. The subjects were 60 civilian auxiliary police of F County under stress(score of stress perception scale > 42).The 60 subjects were randomly divided into 3groups with 20 people in each group, which were normal speed training group,0.3 speed training group and 3 speed training group, respectively. The movement speed of the balls in the normal double speed training group was the movement speed of the balls in the middle visual and motor combined proprioceptive training group. The movement speed of the balls in the 0.3 speed training group was 0.3 times that of the normal double speed training group, and the movement speed of the balls in the 3 speed training group was 3times that of the normal double speed training group. The method of pre-and post-test comparison was adopted.Seven variables of heart rate variability were selected: standard deviation(SDNN)of RR interval, root mean square(RMSSD)of adjacent RR interval difference, percentage of adjacent RR interval difference > 50ms(PNN50)low frequency component(LF),high frequency component(HF),high frequency low frequency ratio(LF/HF),and graph parameter of Poincare graph(SD2)To verify the influence of target tracking speed on the training effect in the combined visual-motor proprioception training. Results:In study 1,LF,LF/HF and SD1/SD2 of the combined optional-motor proprioceptive training group in the recovery stage were significantly lower than those in the baseline stage(P < 0.05),while SDNN,RMSSD,PNN50,HF and SD2 were significantly higher than those in the baseline stage(P < 0.05),and the scatter distribution of Poincare chart was more dispersed than that in the baseline stage. There were no significant changes in the physiological indexes of the control group(P > 0.05),and the scatter distribution of Poincare plot did not change. In study 2,LF,LF/HF,SD1/SD2 of normal training group and triple speed training group were significantly lower than baseline period(P < 0.05),while SDNN,RMSSD,PNN50,HF,SD2 were significantly higher than baseline period(P < 0.05),and the scatter distribution of Poincare chart was more dispersed than baseline period. There were no significant changes in physiological indexes in the 0.3 speed training group(P > 0.05),and the scatter distribution of Poincare plot did not change.Conclusion:1.Visual motor combined proprioceptive training can relieve stress.2.The speed of tracking the target will affect the effect of the visual-motor joint proprioception training, and the faster the speed of tracking the target, the more effective the effect of the visual-motor joint proprioception training on psychological training, and there is a positive correlation.
