| Teenagers are the backbone of the country’s development in the future,and the formation of their correct political values is of great significance to maintaining the country’s political system.At the same time,because adolescence is an important period of individual physiological and psychological transformation,education at this stage will inevitably have a great impact on individual’s political cognition and political participation.With the continuous development and popularization of mobile Internet intelligent terminals,the tentacles of new media have spread throughout every corner of human life.The new media has promoted the acquisition and exchange of political information among social members,broadened the channels for citizens to participate in politics and accelerated the process of political democratization.It has become an important way of political socialization and played an increasingly important role in the process of political socialization of citizens,especially teenagers.However,the widespread use of new media is a "double-edged sword" for China’s political socialization,especially for young people with stronger adaptability and acceptance.How to improve teenagers’ civic awareness,learn political knowledge,shape political personality,form correct political values and promote teenagers’ political socialization through new media is an urgent task and an important topic,and it is also the focus of this paper.Based on this,on the basis of applied politics,social psychology,communication and other related theories,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,induction and deduction,and multi-disciplinary comprehensive application,in order to deeply analyze the concept,characteristics and current situation of political socialization of young people from the perspective of new media,objectively explore the positive and negative effects of new media on youth socialization and its reasons,and consider the current political socialization of young people in China in many aspects.The purpose of this paper is to provide enlightenment for comprehensively analyzing the problems and optimizing paths of political socialization of young people in China from the perspective of new media,to provide thinking for correctly playing the role of new media in the process of political socialization of young people,and to provide reference for promoting the benign development of political socialization of young people in China.This paper is divided into four parts: the introduction briefly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the research status at home and abroad and the research on method and innovation,which is the basis of this paper.The first part introduces the definition and characteristics of political socialization,the definition and status of teenagers’ political socialization,the concept and characteristics of new media,and clarifies the connotation and characteristics of the research object of this paper,thus laying the foundation for further discussion below.The second part comprehensively expounds the current situation of political socialization of teenagers in China from three aspects: the function of political socialization of new media,the function form of political socialization of teenagers from the perspective of new media and the influence of new media on political socialization of teenagers.The third part deeply analyzes the negative effects of political socialization of young people from the perspective of new media.The fourth part,on the basis of the above conclusions,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the political socialization of Chinese teenagers from the perspective of new media from four angles: new media itself,new media ecological environment,real life environment and teenagers themselves.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,some information and help can be provided for the research on the political socialization of Chinese teenagers from the perspective of new media,and at the same time,some references can be provided for promoting the benign development of Chinese teenagers’ political socialization to meet the needs of the development of teenagers in the new media environment. |
