Research On The Party Group System Of The Communist Party Of Chin

The party group system is an important institutional arrangement to consolidate and maintain the leadership of the party on the road to developing socialism with Socialism with Chinese characteristics.As an important organization that achieves the comprehensive leadership of the Party,there is currently little specialized research and systematic analysis of its system and system in the academic community at home and abroad,which forms a significant contrast to the importance of the Party group.And this contrast is the beginning of this study.From the perspective of historical development,through tracing the origin of the CPC’s party group system and exploring its development process,this paper clarifies that the CPC’s party group system is the inheritance and development of the Communist Party’s party group system during the Democratic revolution,and it has continued to develop after being renamed as the party group in the newly revised Seventh Party Constitution in 1945.Based on this historical fact,the author divides the development process of the Party Group(Party Group)into the Party Group system stage of its origin and the Party Group system development stage in the article.In the process of understanding and analyzing these two historical stages,the author strives to answer the historical reasons for the transformation and development of the Party Group from the Party Group system to the present,and to demonstrate the inevitability of the existence of the Party Group from a historical perspective.Then,based on the relevant regulations and Marxist views on organizational construction related to the Party group,by analyzing the existing institutional framework of the Party group,including its establishment,composition,organizational principles,and responsibility allocation system,the logic and operational rules of the Party group in terms of system and regulations are clarified from a static perspective;Through the analysis of the operational mechanism of the Party group,including the leadership relationship,decision-making,and supervision and restraint mechanism,the institutional mechanism by which the Party group plays a role in the actual process is clarified from a dynamic perspective.Analyzed the requirements,construction procedures,and specific structure of the system structure of the Party group from both static and dynamic perspectives.The third part starts from the perspective of party group embedding as the way and path for the party to lead non party organizations.Through the research on the organization,system,function,and personnel embedding of non party organizations by the party group,it analyzes the way and path through which the party group system achieves the leadership of non party organizations through embedding.Finally,through the analysis of four practical problems: the lack of systematic and in-depth theoretical research on the Party group and its system,the inadequate construction of the Party group’s institutional system,the unclear boundaries of responsibilities between the Party group and other Party organizations in the same neighborhood,and the lax internal management of the Party group,targeted improvement paths are proposed to promote the continuous development and improvement of the Party group system.
