Research On The Fulfillment Of Government Responsibilities In The Development Of Rural Tourism In M Town, Chongqin

Nowadays,rural tourism has had a significant impact in the fields of increasing income,revitalizing rural areas,and promoting the development of tourism.It is not only the foundation for the development of tourism,but also the basic guarantee for agricultural and rural labor.Especially in the development process in recent years,many regions have taken rural tourism as a key task to develop the economy and increase income.However,for the current rural tourism,there are still certain shortcomings,which leads to difficulties in achieving better results in the development of rural tourism.In this paper,based on sustainable development theory and new public management theory,field research,case study,and literature review,we analyze the governmental responsibilities of rural tourism development in M town,and systematically investigate the causes of the problems.The study also provides suggestions and measures to improve the performance and optimization of governmental responsibilities in the development of rural tourism in M town.The study points out that the current government promotes rural tourism development mainly by expanding publicity,creating rural tourism brands,guiding rural tourism development,and rational planning as basic responsibilities.The government also has certain deficiencies in rural tourism development,such as excessive government intervention in rural tourism in M town,lack of systematic planning in rural tourism construction,lack of rural tourism branding,more serious homogeneity,insufficient linkage in rural tourism industry,weak innovation in cultural excavation and brand building,lagging public service supporting facilities,shortage of capital investment channels,backward management mechanism,service management capacity There is a need to improve the policy fault and the scattering of resources and other problems.This is mainly due to the lack of long-term awareness of the government’s rural tourism development planning,the more passive rural tourism market promotion,the lack of financial support for the government’s rural tourism public services,and the weak social construction and endogenous dynamics of rural tourism.This paper proposes optimized countermeasures from four aspects of rural tourism planning,brand promotion,infrastructure construction,and talent team guarantee: improving top-level planning to change the concept of government services,strengthening publicity to create a cultural tourism brand,strengthening public service facilities construction,and implementing talent team guarantee.
