Research On The Optimization Strategies Of Health Services In Medical Institutions Of Universities In Chongqin

The medical institutions of universities undertake the organizational functions of public health,basic medical treatment,health administration and other medical and health fields in universities,which play an important role in the stable development of universities.However,in recent years,with the continuous deepening of the reform of medicine and health,university system and logistics socialization,the living environment of university medical institution has undergone great changes,and the development is gradually limited.Especially since the COVID-19 outbreak,the medical and health services of university medical institutions have posed new challenges.Medical institutions in universities are the daily defense line for the health of teachers and students.The status and development path of medical institutions in universities become the subject of this study.Based on a systematic review of domestic and foreign literature,this study conducted a sampling survey on the current status of health service construction in 7representative medical institutions in Chongqing,such as Southwest University Hospital and Chongqing University Hospital,including the current status of infrastructure and personnel;Secondly,based on the actual situation of medical institutions of colleges and universities in Chongqing and combined with the SERVQUAL model,a health service quality evaluation model for medical institutions of colleges and universities in Chongqing was constructed,which includes 5 dimensions and 24 specific indicators.Based on this,a survey questionnaire was designed and distributed to students from 7colleges and universities for analysis.It was found that there are still many and complex diagnosis and treatment processes and procedures in the health service of medical institutions of colleges and universities in Chongqing.Not paying enough attention to patients’ medical experience,some patients’ poor diagnosis and treatment results,and the urgent need to improve the infrastructure construction of medical institutions;Finally,optimization strategies for enhancing the health service capacity of university medical institutions were proposed from several aspects: improving the standardized process of medical treatment in college and university medical institutions,enhancing the service concept of medical personnel,improving the medical technology level of college and university medical institutions,and strengthening their infrastructure construction,and corresponding guarantee measures were provided.This article aims to establish an evaluation model for the health service quality of medical institutions of colleges and universities in Chongqing based on the SERVQUAL model,and use a questionnaire survey to analyze the health service of medical institutions of colleges and universities in Chongqing,in order to identify their existing problems and propose optimization strategies and guarantee measures,in order to improve their health service level,and also provide reference and reference for medical institutions in other regions.
