the efficiency of public management can be improved.In the people’s courts,In recent years,especially in deepening the reform of the judicial system,adapting to the needs of innovation and strengthening trial management,scientific performance management has been adopted in court management.can promote the optimization of trial process,the realization of short-term development goals.the performance management of judges in the Shangluo City Intermediate People’s Court of Shaanxi Province are MBO performance appraisal methods and KPIs.Adaptation of assessment methods—quantitative analysis of indicators in the context of digitalization.The author extensively investigates the performance management status of Shangluo Intermediate Court’s judges assessment mechanism and assessment mechanism of Shangluo Intermediate Court’s judges.The performance appraisal plan in its operation process is not clear,and a scientific appraisal system has not been formed;the appraisal subject lacks effective communication,and implementation process is not standardized;Insufficient fulfillment and insufficient fulfillment;the follow-up promotion effect of performance appraisal is not obvious.the basic principles to be followed in the performance evaluation of judges in Shangluo Intermediate People’s Court,and proposed the establishment of a performance evaluation system for judges with case evaluation as the core.The case is being filed,heard,and closed.Each stage is evaluated according to the completion situation,and finally the judge’s score for handling each case is calculated.The sum of the scores of all cases within a certain score,which makes up for the lack of judges’ performance evaluation based on quantitative indicators.Clarify performance plans and goals,build a case evaluation system;complete performance coaching to the performance management evaluation process;ensure that performance feedback is in place to promote overall quality and efficiency;give full play to the orientation of performance evaluation;Strengthen performance analysis and achieve six specific measures including performance management objectives.The improved performance appraisal system for judges of Shangluo Intermediate People’s Court is based on positive appraisal,which can motivate judges to handle more cases,handle cases quickly,and handle well,and accurately measure each case when the court as a whole has "more cases and fewer people" The workload makes the assessment work more refined,scientific,and simplified,more in line with the rules of trial work.
