| Common prosperity is not only the value goal and essential feature of socialism,but also the original mission of the Communist Party of China to seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.At the same time,common prosperity is also an important goal in the new journey of China’s modernization,and the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the common prosperity of all the people and the coordination of material civilization and spiritual civilization are the essential requirements of China’s modernization.At the historic moment of the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the beginning of a new journey of modernization,the Party Central Committee has made a major strategic deployment to promote common prosperity in a solid manner,and supported Zhejiang in exploring high-quality development and building a common prosperity demonstration zone.Based on the perspective of common affluence,this paper discusses the new connotation of common affluence in the new era and the practice and exploration of the experimental area of common affluence in ancient and modern times.It also analyzes the reasons why Zhejiang Province is selected as the demonstration area of common prosperity and the problems that still need to be solved to realize common prosperity in Zhejiang Province.Since the reform and opening up,Zhejiang Province has made great achievements and progress in the work of promoting common prosperity.However,Zhejiang Province is still faced with the difficulty of unbalanced and inadequate development.Therefore,this paper starts from the realization of high-quality development and the creation of high-quality life in the demonstration area of common prosperity in Zhejiang Province,takes the "four strategic positioning" of the demonstration area of common prosperity in Zhejiang Province as the guide,and starts from narrowing the "five gaps" to explore the beneficial path of building the demonstration area of common prosperity in Zhejiang Province.It will not only provide theoretical and practical guidance for other provinces to achieve common prosperity,but also help fulfill the central task of the CPC in the new era,that is,to unite and lead the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects,realize the second centenary Goal,and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization.The first chapter is an introduction,including the research background and significance,the research status of common prosperity and demonstration areas at home and abroad,and the research methods and innovations of the paper.Chapter 2 organizes the basic concepts and theoretical origins related to common prosperity,and sorts out the ideological expositions and practices of Marxist classic writers and Chinese Communists on common prosperity.It also summarized the construction of common prosperity pilot zones and pilot projects at home and abroad.The common prosperity experimental areas abroad are mainly the practical exploration of utopian socialists in the 19 th century and the existing examples of communism experiments in other countries;The domestic common prosperity pilot zone will take reform and opening up as the dividing point to summarize the practice of common prosperity pilot projects after the founding of New China.Chapter 3 analyzes the basic advantages of Zhejiang Province as a pilot demonstration area for building common prosperity from the perspectives of material life,cultural life and social life.Chapter 4 first expounds the achievements of Zhejiang Province in building a common prosperity demonstration zone.After that,the "five gaps" are used as the starting point to analyze the current problems faced by the construction of the Zhejiang Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone.Chapter 5 aims at the "five major gaps" in the construction of common prosperity demonstration areas,from the perspective of building a dual-cycle development pattern and high-quality development,and starting from deepening supply-side and demand-side reforms,and puts forward targeted solutions and paths for development gaps,income gaps,urban-rural gaps,regional gaps,and population gaps. |
