| Patriotism is the core of the spirit of the Chinese nation,a majestic force for the united struggle of the sons and daughters of the Chinese people,and a spiritual bond for the Chinese people and the Chinese nation to unite and strive for self-improvement.Patriotic education is the main task of carrying out ideological and political education in the new era,and it is also an important way to promote the spirit of patriotism and strengthen the belief in patriotism.As an important carrier of ideological and political education,the combination of ritual and patriotic education forms a patriotic ritual education model,which is conducive to comprehensive explicit education and implicit guidance,and improves the pertinence and effectiveness of patriotic education in the new era.In the long-term practice of patriotic ritual education in China,the two basic issues of "what is patriotic ritual education" and "how to carry out patriotic ritual education" are the original and fundamental issues,and how to understand China’s patriotic ritual education related concepts of education? What are the main types of patriotic ritual education in China? What is the operating mechanism of patriotic ritual education in China?What constraints exist in the practice of patriotic ritual education in China and how to deal with them?This series of basic questions about patriotic ritual education in China has not yet been formally clarified.Therefore,based on the perspective of the discipline of ideological and political education,this article follows the thinking logic of "what is it – what are them-how to use it-how to do",trying to analyze and answer the basic problems of patriotic ritual education in China,so as to enhance the understanding of China.In order to enhance the all-round cognition of patriotic ritual education in China.The thesis consists of five chapters.The outline of the thesis is as follows:The first part solves the question of "what is it",and discusses the theoretical interpretation of the patriotic ritual education in China.Through the theoretical analysis of concepts such as ritual,patriotism,ritual education,patriotic ritual education,and basic issues of patriotic ritual education,the relevant concepts of patriotic ritual education are clarified.Discuss the specific function of patriotic ritual education in my country on the educatee’s "knowledge,belief,belief and action",and highlight the characteristics of patriotic ritual education that are different from other patriotic education
