| Preschool education is the beginning of learning and has a lifelong impact on students.Preschool education not only develops the intelligence of young children,cultivates their talents,but also subtly influences the development of their personalities.Therefore,in the face of the current difficulties and high costs of preschool education for young children,we have chosen to conduct research on the financial investment in preschool education.As a student in Jiangsu,we hope to contribute to solving the problem of financial investment in preschool education in Jiangsu province and provide suggestions for the government to improve public management and service levels.Research literature,collect and collate relevant data,understand the relevant policies of financial investment in education in Jiangsu Province,and analyze the current situation of financial investment in preschool education.It is found that there are some problems with financial investment in preschool education: the proportion of financial investment in preschool education is low,the financial investment in education is uneven and unfair,and the efficiency of financial investment is low.The reasons for this can be summarized as follows: 1.The main responsibility of financial investment is not in place,and the financial support is insufficient;2.Different local economic foundations and different nature of kindergartens;3.Long term accumulation of funds,lack of supervision,and improper use of funds.Drawing on domestic and foreign experiences,in order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to first integrate preschool education into compulsory education,implement government investment as the main focus,break the imbalance and unfairness,improve the management mechanism of preschool education financial investment,and finally strengthen supervision to improve the efficiency of preschool education financial fund utilization. |
