Research On The Strategy Of Social Organizations Participating In Rural Governance From The Perspective Of Social Capital

The 19 th CPC National Congress put forward the rural revitalization strategy.The quality of rural governance is related to the overall situation of national governance,which is not only related to the development of rural society,but also related to the ruling basis of the Party in rural areas.At present,the public products and services provided by government departments at all levels cannot fully meet the needs of farmers,and the grassroots government cannot effectively solve this problem.The pluralism of interest subjects and governance subjects in rural society makes it possible for social organizations to become one of the subjects of rural governance and to solve the current problems.Under such a background,discussing the ways for social organizations to participate in rural governance from the perspective of social capital is helpful to alleviate the current plight of rural governance.Based on combing the literature and using the method of case analysis,this paper analyzes the methods of social organizations participating in rural governance from the perspective of social capital theory,and extracts a set of strategies for participating in rural governance on the basis of this research.The first chapter of this paper mainly expounds the research technology and methods,including the proposal of research problems,research content,research methods and sample selection,innovation;The second chapter of this paper arranges two parts: concept definition and literature review.The concept definition part is the interpretation of the concepts of rural governance,social organization and social capital.The literature review part is the literature review at home and abroad on the participation of social organizations in rural governance from the perspective of social capital;The third chapter introduces the classic case of social organization,H Academy’s participation in rural governance,including "Introduction to h academy" and "development process of H academy".The fourth chapter analyzes the process of H Academy’s participation in local rural governance,including "introducing external social capital,cultivating local social capital,integrating internal and external social capital and promoting cooperative action";The fifth chapter summarizes the three experiences of "embedding local society,integrating local social resources,focusing on training and integration,improving local social capital,cultivating local talents,and taking the lead in promoting rural development" through case studies.At the same time,it extracts three enlightenment from the case of "paying attention to giving full play to the role of local villagers,paying equal attention to training and integrating social capital,and turning social capital into collective action",In order to provide experience and reference for other social organizations to participate in rural governance,and contribute to the path of rural governance in China.
