Research On The Influencing Factors Of Public Cultural Services Of Wenzhou Rural Museum

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to build a strong cultural country and strengthen the protection of cultural relics and cultural heritage.In 2023,the Central Document No.1 further proposed to develop modern rural service industries,including culture,sports,tourism and leisure life services,and at the same time cultivate new industries and new formats in rural areas.In April 2022,the Department of Culture and Tourism of Zhejiang Province and the Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Cultural Relics issued the Guidelines for the Construction of Rural Museums in Zhejiang Province(Trial),which standardizes five aspects: basic definition,construction objectives,construction requirements,service requirements,operation management requirements and certification procedures,pointing out the direction for the construction of rural museums.Therefore,rural museums are of practical significance to improve grassroots public cultural services and build a culturally strong country.As one of the regional central cities of Zhejiang Province,Wenzhou City’s topography is known as "seven mountains,two fields and one water",resulting in not close regional ties,Wenzhou’s counties,districts and cities have vigorously developed their own industries,and due to geographical closure,Wenzhou’s degree of preservation of ancient culture is also high.These two characteristics are the main direction of the construction of Wenzhou Rural Museum.At present,the construction route of Wenzhou Rural Museum is to combine the protection and activation of cultural relics,and at the same time consider rural revitalization and industrial development,and organically integrate the display of cultural relics,inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,provision of research courses and cultural and creative research and development.However,as an important part of the grassroots public cultural service system,rural museums are facing new opportunities and challenges,such as a lack of diversified talent teams,a lack of multi-directional exchanges and cooperation between museums,single and outdated display methods,and insufficient publicity work and strength.Therefore,it is necessary to study its influencing factors in order to make recommendations to improve service levels.Under the guidance of the theory of new public service and the theory of public goods,this paper systematically summarizes the concept and development process of rural museums,the relevant literature of museum public cultural services,and museum performance evaluation research,analyzes the current situation of public cultural services of Wenzhou rural museums,and finds the problems existing in the public cultural services of rural museums in Wenzhou.According to the principle of goal-oriented,systematic,comprehensive,scientific and objective principles,the index system of influencing factors of public cultural service of Wenzhou Rural Museum was constructed,and the index system of four first-level indicators including 24 second-level indicators was finally established: service input,service guarantee,activity output and public participation.SPSS and Amos tools were used to analyze the questionnaire data,test the reliability and validity,construct a structural equation model to test the research hypothesis and find the influence path,which supports the proposal of suggestions.Finally,according to the empirical results and the formulation of problems,the following four suggestions are made: take the construction of public cultural service talent team of rural museums as the core;Establish a demand-oriented supply mechanism for public cultural services of rural museums;Strengthen and improve the facilities of the Village Museum;Strengthen multi-directional exchanges and cooperation.
