Research On The Ideological And Political Discourse Of Enterprise Workers In The"research On Ideological And Political Work"(1983-1987)

In August 1983,the journal Ideological and Political Work Research,sponsored by the Chinese Workers’ Association of Ideological and Political Work was first published,which is the first professional magazine on ideological and political work in China.Ideological and political discourse of enterprise employees is one of the main contents of the magazine,which has important academic research value and practical guiding significance.After the 12 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee began to take a series of new measures,and the ideological and political work of enterprise workers has achieved great development in creating a new situation of modernization.This article studies the ideological and political discourse of enterprise employees in the magazine from 1983 to 1987.In this period,the international situation was conducive to the changes in China.The Sino-US relations and SinoSoviet relations eased successively.The domestic situation became increasingly complicated with the deepening of reform and opening up and the trend of bourgeois liberalization spread in China,and some workers fell into confusion.Exploring the ideological and political discourse of enterprise employees is the internal demand to ensure the direction of enterprise reform,the internal requirements of socialist spiritual civilization construction,and the prerequisite for improving the quality of the staff.The content of ideological and political discourse of enterprise employees is generally divided into systematic patriotism,collectivism,socialism and communist education and daily ideological and political education,among which the contents of daily ideological and political education are mainly domestic and foreign situation and policy education,the party’s principles and policy education,factory discipline and rules education,etc.The subject of enterprise ideological and political discourse transmits the educational content to the employees of Chinese enterprises by building civilized units,carrying out reading activities,running regular off-job rotation training,and setting up advanced models.This period of enterprise worker ideological discourse has time,practical,innovative,targeted,to promote the party’s file policy,expand enterprise ideological work influence,summarize the enterprise ideological work experience,improve enterprise ideological work method,deepen enterprise ideological work theory research has an important role,for the development of contemporary enterprise worker ideological work provides empirical support and theoretical guidance.
