Discourse as an important carrier of ideological and political education from ideology to ideological power.Its "shell" is an external expression of language form,while its "core" is an objective existence that transcends language symbols and reflects practical activities.From the strategic task of constructing the philosophical discourse system with Chinese characteristics,China has been committed to developing and flourishing the cause of philosophy and social sciences since the reform and opening up.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again emphasized that "we should thoroughly carry out the project of researching and developing Marxist theory,and speed up the establishment of a discipline system,an academic system,and a discourse system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics".From "thriving and developing philosophy and social sciences" to "accelerating the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics",this is a significant development of the mission,responsibilities and strategic requirements of the Communist Party of China on philosophy and social sciences.Strengthening the discourse research of ideological and political education is an important aspect to realize this strategic task.Therefore,it is realistic to observe the course of discourse development from the perspective of discourse transformation.In the study of discourse transformation of ideological and political education,discourse is a core variable worthy of concern.The visual presentation of discourse transition is helpful to further reveal the micro mechanism of knowledge system and power relationship change.Based on this,this paper takes the discourse transformation of ideological and political education since the reform and opening up as the research topic,constructs the discourse transformation framework of "discourse context-discourse object-discourse subject-concept groupdiscourse strategy",Outlines the basic course and stage characteristics of discourse transformation,and reveals the changing rules of knowledge system and power relations guided by discourse transformation in each stage.To be specific,according to the logic of historical experience research,following the research idea of"transformation background-transformation process-transformation experience",the paper is divided into six parts:The first part mainly discusses the basic theoretical outline of the discourse transformation of ideological and political education.The discussion of basic theoretical outline mainly includes four parts:related concepts,basic theories,historical stages and research framework.Firstly,by discussing the concepts of"discourse","transformation" and "discourse transformation",this paper provides a premise for clarifying the concept of "discourse transformation of ideological and political education",so as to provide theoretical preparation for the analysis of discourse transformation.Secondly,it analyzes the basic theory of discourse transition in order to find the theoretical basis for the study of the problem and improve the theoretical and professional nature of this problem.Thirdly,on the basis of national history and the history of ideological and political education,it divides the stages of discourse transformation and presents the process of discourse transformation vertically.Finally,it constructs a theoretical framework to analyze this problem,and comprehensively displays the content of discourse composition in each period horizontally.The second part mainly analyzes the background of discourse transformation of ideological and political education.The realization of discourse transformation is carried out under certain background.Clarifying the background of discourse transformation of ideological and political education since the reform and opening up not only helps deepen the understanding of the relationship between discourse transformation and background on the whole,but also provides field support and contextual premise for the discussion of the process of discourse transformation of ideological and political education later.At the same time,this part of the discussion is based on the overall background discussion.Since the reform and opening up,the overall presentation of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the five dimensions of politics,economy,culture,society and ecology has become the background premise of discourse transformation.The third part mainly explains the first historical period,that is,the appearance of ideological and political education "reform and opening up" discourse in the early stage of reform and opening up."Reform and opening up" is the most remarkable feature of this period.At the same time,with the development of the initial practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in this period,the trend of reform and opening up appeared in politics,economy,culture,society and other aspects,and socialism with Chinese characteristics also developed towards the theme of reform and opening up.The fourth part mainly expounds the second historical period,that is,the generation of the discourse of "continuous development" of ideological and political education in the period of reform and opening up.During this period,the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics showed a trend of continued development.The development of this period not only reflects the characteristics of the continuation of the development of the previous period,but also highlights the trend of continued development in the political,economic,cultural,social and other aspects of this period,prompting the emergence of the discourse of "continued development" in this period.The fifth part mainly illustrates the third historical period,that is,the publicity of the discourse of "national rejuvenation" of ideological and political education in the new era.In the new era,the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics stands in a new history and has ushered in a new stage of development.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has achieved unprecedented breakthroughs and progress in politics,economy,culture,society and ecology.And this series of discourse object construction reflects the theme of "national revival".The sixth part mainly summarizes the experience of ideological and political education discourse transformation since the reform and opening up.Just as mentioned above,since the reform and opening up,the discourse transformation has gone through three stages:the early stage of reform and opening up,the comprehensive promotion period and the new era.In the process of discourse transformation,the experience of transformation value,transformation direction,transformation logic,transformation power,transformation object,transformation content,transformation subject,transformation strategy and many other aspects have been formed.Through the summary of the transformation experience,it provides experience and enlightenment for the future ideological and political education discourse innovation.
