Study On Lenin’s Thought Of State Governance

The victory of the October Revolution marked the formal transformation of socialist national governance from imagination to reality.Since then,in the face of the unique domestic and foreign environment of Russia at that time,based on the needs of consolidating the Soviet regime and promoting the construction of Soviet Russia,Lenin rooted in Marx and Engels’ national governance thought,countering the second international wrong view of the state,absorbing the relevant thoughts of comrades in the Communist Party of Russia,and profoundly expounded the historical problems of socialist national governance with scientific answers.Thus a systematic idea of national governance was born.Lenin’s thought of state governance is a scientific theoretical system with rigorous structure and extensive content.First of all,Lenin’s thought of state governance is based on the practice of carrying out socialist construction by the Russian Communist Party brought by Lenin.It systematically summarizes and develops and innovates the theory of local state construction by the founders of Marxism,points out the historical orientation of socialist state governance,and clarifies the major changes in the nature and function of the state after the proletarian revolution.It answers the question of how and why the state governance occurs in the new society after the proletarian revolution,and provides the theoretical basis for the formation of his thought of state governance.Secondly,Lenin’s thought on state governance scientifically answers three major theoretical questions in the governance of socialist states,such as "who governs","how governs" and "how evaluates governance".This paper demonstrates the principal position of the people in governance and its forms of expression,describes the five-in-one comprehensive governance model under the leadership of the Party,and determines the evaluation method of national governance in the balance of the people’s private interests and common interests,enriching the specific content of the socialist national governance theory.Finally,Lenin’s Thought on State governance established three basic principles of socialist state governance,namely,that the people must be the main body in socialist state governance,that socialist state governance must be based on basic national conditions,and that socialist state governance must take modernization as the direction,which provided basic principles for the socialist state governance of later generations to follow.Lenin’s thought of State governance is the ideological result of thinking about the problem of socialist state governance by using Marxist state theory for the first time,and it is also the theoretical crystallization of the first practice of socialist state governance in history.It not only created a new realm of socialist state governance thought,but also promoted the Soviet state governance to make remarkable achievements,and made a great historical contribution.Today,we should follow Lenin’s thought on State governance as a guide,adhere to and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,strengthen Party building,uphold people’s democracy in the whole process of development,adhere to the direction of socialist modernization,adhere to the model of comprehensive governance,and adhere to the idea of seeking truth from facts in state governance.
