Since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the rural revitalization strategy has been implemented for nearly six years, and the rural environment has changed greatly under the influence of the rural revitalization policy. As the main force of rural revitalization and development, the majority of rural youth who study and work abroad begin to have a strong will to return home under the influence of the rural revitalization policy. After the orderly and comprehensive activities to attract young people to return home are carried out in all rural areas, this will become more and more strong, and the return of rural youth who go out for work and study has become a new trend. On the one hand, rural youth choose to return home after finishing their studies or finishing their last jobs, which greatly speeds up the process of rural revitalization. On the other hand, rural revitalization urgently requires the return of rural youth to their hometowns and the promotion of rural political, economic, social and scientific and technological development.Based on this, this paper takes the talent development of rural youth returning home as the main line.Firstly, questionnaire survey is adopted to collect first-hand resources and study the influencing factors of the development of rural youth returning home.Secondly, after processing the questionnaire data in SPSS21.0,the analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the return of rural youth and political, economic, social, scientific and technological factors.Thirdly, from multiple dimensions, the development path of rural youth returning talents is deeply studied, including rural party and government talents, agricultural production and management talents, secondary and tertiary industry talents, rural management talents and agricultural and rural science and technology talents. This paper puts the talent development of returning rural youth under the background of rural revitalization in the new era, which can speed up the process of rural revitalization and promote the talent development of returning rural youth. |
