With the development of the Internet economy,Internet platforms are also emerging.Different types of platforms in different industries compete with each other and develop together.With the emergence and development of the platform,the demand of the platform for labor has also been rising,and its employment mode has also become increasingly novel.Take the takeout platform as an example,from the initial labor contract with employees directly to form labor relations,to labor dispatch,to labor outsourcing,to crowdsourcing,and even the combination of labor outsourcing and crowdsourcing.The new employment model,which is typical of crowdsourcing,is greatly different from the traditional employment model.First,they do not have a stable labor relationship;The second is that the working time and place of crowdsourcing mode have great uncertainty;Third,the order receiving,providing labor services and obtaining remuneration in the crowdsourcing mode are task-based,with the right to choose whether to receive the order or not.The characteristics of the Internet platform part-time work based on platform,which is typical of crowdsourcing,are as follows: first,the threshold is low,and you can participate in order receiving after registering and passing the audit on the platform;The second is to get online and offline and receive orders anytime and anywhere according to the will;The third is task-based provision of labor services and remuneration,and one task ends.It is precisely because of these differences from the traditional employment mode that there is no labor relationship between the featured Internet platform part-time workers and the platform and its subcontractors,and because of the binding of the industrial injury insurance system and the labor relationship,the platform part-time workers without labor relationship cannot be included in the protection of the industrial injury insurance system,while the relevant commercial insurance has the disadvantages of high premiums,low coverage,and harsh conditions.At the same time,the platform part-time worker is different from the typical professional identity of the employee and the labor party,and is a new type of professional identity.For such a large number of new occupational groups,the existing system has failed to provide adequate occupational injury protection,and a wide variety and a large number of platform part-time workers are at the risk of occupational injury.Because of this,the targeted occupational injury insurance system for platform odd workers has its value.Although there are relevant pilot projects in various places at this stage,the specific details are still quite rough.Therefore,in this paper,the author also made a concept of the platform odd workers occupational injury insurance system based on the characteristics of platform odd workers and referring to the industrial injury insurance system.
