The labor contract law allows the part-time laborers to build multiple labor relations, whichbreaks the forbidden on building multiple labor relations under full-time employment system.Although this rule could satisfy demands from both the labor and the employing unit, it is notperfect as there are no clear provisions on the working time, contract effectiveness, standard ofminimum wage per hour, social insurance, and the legitimate interests protection of theemploying units. This paper analyzes the nature of the multiple labor relationship and putsforward corresponding countermeasures to problems of the multiple labor relationship based onthe connotation of part-time labor relations.The first part mainly introduces the reason for choosing this topic, the significance,literature review, and research methods. The second part explains the part-time labor relations inChina. The connotation, characteristics, nature, and meaning of the part-time labor relations aredefined by comparing the legislation rules of labor relationship among the countries. The thirdpart details the evolution and determination of the multiple labor relations under part-timeemployment system in China. The author describes the process from with nobody caring to thenational unified legislative regulation on the multiple labor relations under part-time employmentsystem. Meanwhile, the author emphasizes the multiple labor relations could only be formedunder the part-time employment system. The fourth part analyzes the problems in the multiplelabor relations under part-time employment system in China. Corresponding feasiblecountermeasures are put forward by analyzing the problems such as working hours and socialinsurance among multiple labor relations. In the epilogue, the author summarizes the viewpointof this paper, and further emphasizes the difficult problem in the multiple labor relations underpart-time employment system in China and the countermeasures.
