Study On The Construction Of Network Public Security Management In Changsha City

In today’s era,the Internet is developing rapidly,and the wave of informatization is sweeping the world.China has become one of the largest Internet economies in the world,and the social form has also entered a new stage of "Internet +".With the technological development and popularization of the Internet,the issue of public security in the network society has become increasingly prominent,and the situation has become increasingly complex.How to improve the urban network public security governance system under the new situation is a challenge that local governments must face.On the basis of introducing the background and significance of the topic selection,reviewing domestic and foreign literature,introducing the research content and methods,and possible innovations,this paper firstly elaborates the network public security management on the basic concepts of network public security and network public security management.The influencing factors of network public security for our country are clarified,and the basic theoretical basis for the research in this paper is introduced.Secondly,starting from the survey and interview results,this paper analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by Changsha’s network public security,the preliminary results achieved,and the main problems existing in laws and regulations,institutional mechanisms,technical methods,talent teams,and management performance.And its causes,it expounds the current situation of Changsha’s network public security management from multiple perspectives.Thirdly,the advanced experience of network public security management at home is compared and analyzed,especially the management experience of Hong Kong,Shanghai,Hangzhou and other domestic cities have their own bright spots,which are worthy of reference.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Changsha,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the management of network public security in Changsha,including: focus on building a comprehensive governance system,effectively improve the level of network governance according to law,continuously strengthen technological research and development,pay more attention to talent team training,comprehensively build people’s security defense lines,and vigorously develop the network security industry.
