The Research On The Participation Of The Communist Youth League In Social Governance In The New Era

The participation of the Communist Youth League in social governance in the new era is a long-term and comprehensive strategic deployment put forward by the party and the state in accordance with the requirements of socialist modernization and the self-development needs of youth groups in the new era.In recent years,China’s socialist modernization has made great achievements.Under this background,the Hunan Communist Youth League firmly grasped the opportunity,and continuously improved its work in order to pool the strength of young people to promote the modernization of governance in Hunan.Therefore,this paper focuses on the ideological basis,special advantages,opportunities and challenges,and work innovation,The key contents of each part are as follows:Firstly,This paper analyzes the ideological basis from the thoughts of Marxist classic writers and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China.Marx and Engels’ view on youth and Lenin’s theory on youth league construction provide Marxist theoretical support for the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance.The guidance of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China on the Communist Youth League’s participation in socialist revolution,construction and reform,as well as the guidance on the growth and development of young people,not only provides experience reference and action guidance for the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance in the new era,but also provides direction guidance for the growth and success of young people.Secondly,this paper analyzes the special advantages of the Communist Youth League in participating in social governance on the basic attributes,functions,cadre team and organizational structure of the Communist Youth League.The three basic attributes of the Communist Youth League make the League naturally have the advantages of ideological guidance,cohesion and mass foundation;The evolution of the basic and specific functions of the Communist Youth League,the development of the education and training of League cadres and the continuous improvement and improvement of the League organization structure are also the special advantages of the Communist Youth League;As the assistant of the party,the helper of the government,the bridge between the party and the youth and the core role of youth social organizations,the Communist Youth League has significant advantages in playing an effective role in social governance.Thirdly,based on the construction of diversified governance system,the diversified development of youth needs,the improvement of grass-roots party construction and the development of new media,this paper analyzes the new opportunities for the Communist Youth League to participate in social governance in the new era,and analyzes the challenges faced by the Communist Youth League on the issues of youth mobility,the penetration of social thoughts and the shortcomings of the League itself.Finally,This paper studies the innovation of the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance from three aspects: work objectives,ideas and methods.The specific manifestations are: update the education,image and task objectives,establish the concept of "unity of the whole and parts" and "youth oriented",and innovate the working methods of service,independent participation and going deep into the grass-roots level.
