Research On The Role Of College Teachers In The Construction Of Family Customs

The Chinese people have always attached importance to the building of family ethics,focusing on the inheritance of family ethics to nurture people and raise families.A good family ethos is open and exportable in both directions,drawing on specific social norms and values to continuously enrich the family ethos,while at the same time influencing others with moral qualities and promoting social morality.Teachers in colleges and universities are regarded as the moral compass of society,with a strong emphasis on poetry and virtue,and are able to combine their own principles of moral cultivation and conduct with the culture of family ethics to continuously enrich it.Based on the personal,professional and social roles of university teachers,the construction of family ethics by university teachers in the process of family life,school education and social practice is conducive to the construction of a new model of high quality family life,the realization of the task of moral education and the requirements of family ethics construction in the new era.In order to make university teachers better play their role in the construction of family ethics,a questionnaire survey was conducted around the knowledge,feelings,opinions and actions of university teachers on the construction of family ethics,combining the data to analyze the current situation of university teachers playing their role in the construction of family ethics in their personal families,school education and social practice,and to analyze the problems arising from the current role of university teachers in the construction of family ethics.Therefore,based on the current situation of the role of college teachers in the construction of family ethics,based on the factors affecting the role of college teachers in the construction of family ethics,and from the four aspects of how college teachers can better play a role in the construction of family ethics at social,college and personal family levels,we propose ways for college teachers to play a role in the construction of family ethics,in order to provide some references and reference for further research on the role of college teachers in the construction of family ethics.
