Study On The Construction Of Family Style Under The Background Of Urbanization

With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,the industrial structure is continuously optimized and upgraded,,the social economic is flourishing,and the material living conditions of the people have been greatly improved as well.At the same time,the demand of urbanization for labor force also enhances the mobility of social members in space,industry and social strata.It changed people’s traditional living environment,lifestyle,ideas and even family structure,which makes the small-scale nuclear families gradually become the main family type of society.Facing the complex and changeable social environment,the construction of the family style under the condition of urbanization faces a severe test.On the basis of the systematic analysis of domestic and foreign urbanization and the related research of family style,the paper firstly defines the concepts and theories of urbanization,family style and family.Secondly,this paper points out the problems existing in the construction subject,the content and method of family style construction under the condition of urbanization.For the subject of family style construction,one or both of the parents are absent in the education family morality,family elders behave badly and family members have a weak sense of family heritage are the outstanding problems.As for the content of family style construction,family wind content does not meet the time requirement and it lacks clear support carriers.In terms of the method,there are problems such as lack of government leading intervention,insufficient media publicity,lack of civil self-discipline and imperfect social supervision system.Then,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems of family style construction from three aspects: economy,society and family.For example,due to the economic rational thought of market economy system,the value orientation of heavy interest and light morality in society is caused.And the change of family size and structure has a negative effect on positive family concept and filial piety.The influx of new urban residents and the impact of foreign culture also have made the inheritance of traditional family traditions difficult.The paper finally fully utilizes the favorable factors of family style construction under the condition of urbanization,learning from the thought of moral education in ancient times and the way of inheritance,and positively transforms the negative factors,puts forward the countermeasures with realistic meaning from the family,the societyand the country.
