Research On The Mobilization Of Rural Women In Shanxi Liberated Area

The degree of women’s emancipation is a natural measure of human emancipation and social progress.During the war of liberation,in order to mobilize the majority of rural women to the greatest extent,further emancipate women,and stimulate women’s subjectivity,Shanxi liberated areas,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,used multi-dimensional mobilization means to stimulate women’s revolutionary enthusiasm and enthusiasm for production,and cultivated a leader who supported the Party,worked hard and courageous.The willing women’s team promoted the victory of the war of liberation.After the end of the Anti-Japanese War,the Kuomintang continued to attack the Communist Party of China regardless of the will of the people,leading to the outbreak of the War of Liberation,and "supporting the war and liberating China" became everyone’s voice.Young and middle-aged male laborers rushed to the front line one after another.The rural labor force is insufficient,and the front line is short of resources for war.At this time,it is particularly important to mobilize women.However,at that time,women’s low social status,backward ideology and culture,and weak political concepts seriously affected women’s emancipation.Under these conditions,the liberated areas of Shanxi use institutional incentives,typical publicity,literary and artistic activities,ideological inspiration and other means to mobilize rural women to actively support the war of liberation from the economic,cultural,political,ideological and health levels.Through the mobilization of women,Shanxi Liberated Areas have changed the social perception of women,improved the social and political status of women,and vigorously promoted the emancipation of women themselves.Although there are shortcomings in the mobilization process,such as insufficient attention to women’s work at the grassroots level,the incompatible quality of women cadres themselves to society,and insufficient in-depth organizational mobilization,the mobilization process accumulated in the mobilization process to adhere to the Party’s leadership over women’s work,cultivate activists,solve women’s vital interests,and constantly innovate.Experiences such as mobilization methods provide useful reference and inspiration for mobilizing women and promoting women’s progress in today’s society.Through the mobilization of rural women in the liberated areas of Shanxi,rural women have changed people’s contempt for women.Women have equal rights with men economically and politically,and strengthened women’s political identity with the Party.At the same time,it is also of great significance for later organizations to mobilize women to participate in the construction of New China.
