Study On Women’s Political Mobilization In Shanxi-suiyuan Revolutionary Base Area(1937-1949)

The political mobilization of women in the revolutionary base areas of Shanxi-Suiyuan refers to a means for the Communist Party of China to mobilize women to participate in the War of Resistance against Japan through political propaganda and political agitation in the revolutionary base areas of Shanxi-Suiyuan.Political mobilization is one of the important ways for the Communist Party of China to mobilize the people in the anti-Japanese base areas.It has become an important work to establish the anti-Japanese national United front and strive for the victory of the anti-Japanese war.Through political mobilization,women in Shanxi-Suiyuan revolutionary base areas not only raised political consciousness,but also sought their own liberation.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter mainly discusses the general situation of Shanxi-Suiyuan revolutionary base area and its women’s movement.As an important channel connecting the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area to the base areas behind the enemy lines in North and Central China,the Shanxi-Suiyuan revolutionary base area plays an obvious role.From 1937 to 1949,the activities of women’s organizations in the revolutionary base areas of Shanxi-Suiyuan experienced four stages.The women’s movement runs through the beginning and end of the War of Resistance against Japan and has unique significance for the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the policy of women’s movement in Shanxi-Suiyuan revolutionary base area and summarizes the development of women’s organizations in the base area.The directive issued by the CPC Central Committee and the Women’s Committee of the Northern Bureau is of guiding significance to the women’s movement in the whole base area and points out the direction for the development of the women’s movement in each base area.Women’s organizations in the Shanxi-Suiyuan border region responded positively to the call,vigorously carried out women’s movements in the base areas,continuously absorbed members and strengthened organizations,and promoted the development of women’s rescue work.The third chapter focuses on the way of political mobilization of women in Shanxi-Suiyuan revolutionary base areas.Party organizations and women’s organizations in the base areas carry out anti-Japanese and national salvation propaganda through slogans,ballads,plays,newspapers,comics and radio broadcasts in order to raise women’s awareness of the anti-Japanese war,and go deep into the countryside to draw closer relations with women with a mass style of work,set up literacy classes and winter studies,and encourage women to learn cultural knowledge.At the same time,strengthen the training of women cadres,in order to enhance the overall cultivation of cadres.The fourth chapter summarizes the achievements of political mobilization in Shanxi-Suiyuan revolutionary base areas.Through political mobilization,women in the base areas broke free from feudal bondage and actively participated in the activities of“supporting the army and supporting the army”and the struggle against the enemy.Women who have lived at the bottom of society for many years have the right to vote and stand for election,and they have participated in the construction of power in the base areas with great political enthusiasm.The fifth chapter studies the typical image of women in Shanxi-Suiyuan revolutionary base area.In the course of the War of Resistance against Japan,not only the model of supporting the army and the model of hard work in response to the call,but also the emergence of a lot of painstaking and responsible women cadres,but also the heroine who has been famous in the battlefield.In the history of the anti-Japanese struggle of Shanxi-Suiyuan wrote a shining page.
