| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that building a socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the construction of a socialist rule of law country are important components of China’s rule of law construction.Cultivating citizens who are aware of the rule of law is an important part of China’s rule of law construction.In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was also elaborated that comprehensive rule of law belongs to a profound revolution in national governance,which is closely related to the Party’s governance and rejuvenation of the country,the happiness and health of the people,and the long-term stability of the Party and the country.We need to further leverage the fundamental,stable,and long-term functions of the rule of law,so that we can achieve comprehensive socialist modernization on the track of the rule of law.Among all citizens in society,the level of rule of law awareness has a more direct and profound impact on the process of rule of law in the entire country.We should attach importance to cultivating their rule of law awareness.To build a rule of law China,it is necessary to not only strengthen the people’s awareness of the rule of law,but also vigorously cultivate outstanding talents who possess both "morality" and "law".In China,it is necessary to cultivate the awareness of rule of law among college students.The research on cultivating the awareness of rule of law among college students has positive significance in promoting the ideological and political education of college students in the new era,and in cultivating more new generations who can shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation.This article studies the current situation of the rule of law awareness among college students in the new era,using Marxist rule of law theory and Marxist rule of law ideology with sinicization and modernization as the theoretical basis for cultivation.It analyzes the problems faced by cultivating college students’ rule of law awareness from multiple perspectives,and explores the cultivation path of college students’ rule of law awareness in the new era.Through joint efforts from multiple parties,we aim to enhance the legal awareness of college students,thereby better promoting the process of rule of law construction in the new era and making contributions to the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country. |
