As a branch of the People’s Bank of China,the grassroots People’s Bank has the characteristics of both an organ and a financial institution,and its main functions are to implement monetary policies,prevent and resolve financial risks,maintain financial stability and promote financial reforms.Young employees are the most direct executors and implementers of the financial policies of the central bank,and are the main force in promoting the high-quality development of the work of the grassroots central bank,providing indispensable intellectual support for furthering financial reform and supporting local economic and social development.Studying the career satisfaction of young employees and exploring the specific factors affecting career satisfaction can help managers optimize the management style and improve the management system from the perspective of young employees of grassroots central banks,mobilize young employees’ work enthusiasm,enhance their loyalty to the organization,guarantee the construction of talents and the stability of the cadre of grassroots central banks,and help promote the high-quality development of various functions of grassroots central banks.This thesis systematically analyzes and thoroughly studies the career satisfaction of 118 young employees under the age of 35 in the People’s Bank system of L city,Zhejiang province.By defining relevant concepts and referring to relevant literature at home and abroad,the theoretical basis of this thesis is summarized to provide the theoretical basis for the subsequent empirical analysis.At the same time,based on the current situation of career satisfaction from the preliminary survey on the ideological situation of young employees in the system and the usual talks,the factors that may affect the career satisfaction of young employees in the grassroots central bank were sorted out,and a questionnaire was designed using the multidimensional measurement method to investigate the career satisfaction of young employees in the People’s Bank of L city,Zhejiang province.The questionnaire data passed the reliability and validity tests,and the exploratory factor analysis method was used to derive three dimensions The data passed the reliability and validity tests,and the exploratory factor analysis method was used to find out three dimensions of influence factors: work reward and motivation,work environment and work itself.The characteristics of the questionnaire sample were analyzed by descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to differentiate the demographic variables,Pearson correlation coefficient was used to test the correlation between variables,stepwise regression analysis was used to examine the degree of direct and significant influence of independent variables on dependent variables,and after stepwise regression,it was found that "job reward and motivation "-contains salary income,welfare treatment,social status,promotion and development,growth and success mechanism,training incentives,etc;"work environment"-contains hard environment such as office conditions and infrastructure,but also includes soft environment such as leadership management,colleague relationship and unit atmosphere.These two dimensions are significantly correlated with career satisfaction of young employees in the People’s Bank of L city,Zhejiang province.The dimension of "work itself" is not significantly correlated.Based on the questionnaire data and empirical analysis,this thesis proposes countermeasures to construct a scientific assessment system,improve the selection and appointment mechanism of young talents,and cultivate a people-oriented unit culture for the specific contents of the two significant influencing factors.
