A Study On The Critical Theory Of State Institution Of The Civil War In France

Karl Marx’s critical theory of state institution is formed in the process of analyzing and criticizing the capitalist state institution and designing the proletarian state institution.As a classic work of Karl Marx’s critical theory of state institution,The Civil War in France systematically summarized the experience and lessons of the establishment of the proletarian state power by the Paris Commune,and emphatically discussed the construction of the state institution during the proletarian dictatorship,thus providing theoretical guidance for the transition from capitalist society to communist society.This paper aims to systematically summarize Karl Marx’s critical theory of state institution with The Civil War in France as the core,so as to provide ideological resources for the realization of the modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance.Based on the development history of Marxism,combined with the experience and lessons of the proletarian revolution of the Paris Commune and the construction of the proletarian state institution,this paper analyses the critical theory of state institution in The Civil War in France from three aspects: First of all,based on the beginning and end of the Paris Commune,the historical background of The Civil War in France and the revolutionary practice of Karl Marx and Engels,this paper summarizes the theoretical development of Karl Marx’s critical theory of state institution in different stages of germination,transition,development,maturity and deepening.Secondly,it summarizes Karl Marx’s criticism and reconstruction of political system,economic system and social system,and systematically expounds the main contents of the critical theory of state institution in the Civil War in France,including during the proletarian dictatorship the reform of the nature,function and organization principle of state power;the construction of economic foundation and reconstruction of “individual ownership”;the return of the state to society and the development of social autonomy under the system of local and central decentralization.Finally,the paper summarizes the contemporary value of the critical theory of state institution in the Civil War in France and expounds the guiding significance to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the modernization of China’s governance in the new era.
