Research On The Generation Path And Intervention Of Micro-corruption Of Village Cadres

In recent years,with the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy and strong agricultural policies,more and more funds have flowed into rural areas.Rural grassroots village cadres find it difficult to resist external temptations and use their power to gain benefits for themselves and their families,infringing on the interests of the country,the collective,and the people.Although micro corruption among village cadres is not a "big tiger" disliked by the people,its impact is particularly serious.By analyzing the problems and causes of micro corruption among village cadres,finding scientific governance strategies is of great significance for accelerating the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and promoting grassroots anti-corruption work in rural areas.The village cadres discussed in this article are divided into three categories:first,members of the village "two committees",namely members of the village party(general)branch and members of the village committee.The second is the members of various village level organizations,who can exercise public power,including members of village collective economic organizations,village affairs supervision committees,and other village members.The third is the village committee recruitment,which refers to the self employed personnel in the village who have not been selected as members of the village’s "two committees",such as bookkeepers and village accountants.In this study,the "micro corruption" we discussed refers to the illegal and disciplinary behavior of grassroots village cadres who abuse their "micro power" for personal gain,causing harm to the interests of the masses,disrupting the grassroots governance system,and ultimately affecting the foundation of our party’s governance.By deeply analyzing the problem of "micro corruption" among village cadres in W Town,exploring its root causes and effective preventive measures,the aim is to provide useful reference for the problem of "micro corruption" among village cadres in other regions.Starting from investigation and research,the article takes grassroots party building and anti-corruption work as the starting point,and uses various methods such as literature research and interviews to conduct research,grasping the root causes of corruption in the current rural cadre team.A thorough analysis was conducted on the party discipline and government affairs registration of rural cadres in W Town from 2016 to 2020,and it was concluded that the main hazards of "micro corruption" among village cadres in W Town are: damaging the relationship between cadres and the masses,disrupting rural order,corrupting social atmosphere,and hindering economic development.The main reasons for "micro corruption" among village cadres are the loopholes in the implementation of rural management systems,the embedding of informal systems,and the social interest exchange needs of individual village cadres.This can be achieved by improving and implementing rural management systems,standardizing the operation of village level power,improving the social environment of rural villages,improving the comprehensive quality of village cadres,and enriching anti-corruption education content,Intervention and governance should be carried out to address the issue of "micro corruption" among village cadres,including enhancing their legal awareness and awareness of clean governance.
