Research On The Formation Mechanism Of Public Morality In Urban Villages Under “Chaxu Geju”

The study of the formation mechanism of public morality is particularly important for public morality.Urban village between tradition and modernity and countryside is the product of social transformation and is suitable as the field point for the research of the formation mechanism of public morality.Taitou community in Qingdao,Shandong Province,is a famous academic village written by sociologist Martin Yang.Since the reform and opening up,Taitou has experienced the transformation from a traditional agricultural village to a non-agricultural urban village.With the social transformation,the morality of Taitou has also changed from a small range of private morality to a large range of public morality.This study with the morality formation mechanism of the community,anthropology,sociology and ethics interdisciplinary cooperation,on the basis of the previous research using fieldwork,participation observation,community research and interview method as the main research methods to collect data and adopt the perspective of the whole data analysis.To find the performance and function of public morality in the platform,and finally combine the “Cha”and“Xu” of the two levels of public morality formation mechanism.Through research found that the performance and function of morality in Taitou:The city of the township Taitou in the local acquaintances society and all the members of the acquaintances of the intersection of the moral condition of Taitou mainstream is also between the acquaintances of local acquaintances and community members of the acquaintances between social morality,morality in the floating population after the development of public space formation and development.Different groups of Taitou have differences and unity in their cognition of public morality.Public morality acts like a lubricant in the interaction between Taitou locals and the floating population,and in addition to the administrative and legal means.Through research,the formation mechanism of public morality is found: The formation mechanism of public morality is composed of five elements:driving force,social conditions,practice subject,field and rules.It is produced under the “Chaxu geju” and plays the role of social norms.There are also two problems in this mechanism: The lack of public morality.The negative stereotype between the local people and the floating population is not conducive to the formation of public morality.Research Taitou’s morality formation mechanism helps to clarify the relationship between morality formation and “Chaxu geju”,found that the role of urban village in morality formation to achieve academic innovation,and the structural problems in the mechanism of morality formation and response has certain practical significance,is conducive to the morality formation mechanism of self-improvement and extrapolation.At present,China is a law-based society full of law,but the cost of law-enforcement and justice is high,and administration and law cannot solve all contradictions.It is necessary to play the role of public morality at the same time to realize the combination of rule of virtue and rule of law.Studying the formation mechanism of public morality in Taitou is helpful to think about the combination of rule of virtue and rule of law and help the construction of a law-based society.The urban villages represented by Taitou are the transit station for population transfer and socialization.It is doubtful that the chaos in urban villages is short of public morality.Urban villages are the place where public morality is formed and the schools where the floating population and the locals learn public morality.
