Research On Public Satisfaction Enhancement Of Government Service Standardization In Yuexi County

At present,the reform process of "releasing management and service" and "one network,one door,one time" in the field of government services is deepening.The needs of enterprises and the masses force the government departments that undertake the functions of social management and public services to take the development stage of the new era as the foothold and constantly improve the government governance capacity and the modernization of governance system.At the same time,under the background that the current local government public service standards are not unified,the online and offline businesses are not coordinated,the information resource sharing system is not perfect,and the development of local government service level is uneven,to a certain extent,the introduction of standardized management means into the field of government service is an important measure to improve the modern governance ability.In 2014,Yuexi county government service center carried out the establishment of provincial demonstration sites for government service standardization,which successfully passed the acceptance.Then,it promoted the standardization work to towns and villages and achieved certain results.This study focuses on the satisfaction of enterprises and people in Yuexi county with the standardization of government services.Based on the new public service theory and customer satisfaction theory,through literature research and interviews,a satisfaction index system is constructed,including five secondary indicators of service environment,service code of conduct,service mode,service image and service management and 18 tertiary indicators.The weight of each index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process,Through the analysis of the satisfaction results and reasons through the questionnaire survey,it is pointed out that Yuexi County has some weak links,such as uneven satisfaction evaluation results of standardization work,inconsistent online and offline service procedures,poor information system experience,unclear effect of standards on the improvement of management level,etc.it is also pointed out that Yuexi County will enhance the awareness of standardized service by strengthening the top-level design of government service standard system and taking the construction of style and efficiency as the focus Strengthen the overall planning of national provinces and cities,promote the national integration of standards,establish departmental cooperation mechanism,unify the standards of information system,accelerate the deep integration and sharing of government information system,take the needs and satisfaction of the masses as the guidance,and create a new evaluation and improvement mechanism,so as to improve the public’s satisfaction with the standardization of government services.At the same time,it also provides some experience for other county-level government service standardization,and further improves the government service environment.
