Research On National Defense Education In Baotou Area

National defense education is the basic theory and common sense that citizens should understand and master when performing their national defense obligations.We should further strengthen the concept of national defense through national defense education,conscientiously fulfill our national defense obligations,and shoulder the sacred responsibility of defending the motherland.National defense education mainly includes theory education,common sense education,history education,legal education,situation and policy education and so on.Baotou,Inner Mongolia is located in the northern border area of the motherland.It is the largest industrial city in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and adjacent to Mongolia.Therefore,it is the historical responsibility and mission of contemporary college students to strengthen the national defense education of college students in Baotou area and enhance their national defense concept,so as to make contemporary college students care about national defense,love national defense,build national defense and defend national defense become their ideological consensus and conscious action.After the National Defense Education in 2001,colleges and universities in Baotou,Inner Mongolia have made great achievements.They actively carry out national defense education knowledge education and military science and technology knowledge education among college students,improve their national defense concept and scientific quality,arouse their patriotic enthusiasm,and consciously fulfill their national defense obligations.However,there are some problems and deficiencies.Only when students enter school,military theory teaching and military training lasting about two weeks are offered according to state regulations.All teachers have other part-time teachers and generally have no full-time teachers.there is no national planning textbook for teaching content,and the network teaching resources are relatively short.The teaching time is basically arranged in the spare time.In order to better strengthen college students in Baotou area,To establish a supporting evaluation system,establish and improve the relevant safeguards.Military teachers and national defense education courses.We should innovate universities,and use network new media to innovate teaching methods.We should strengthen the linkage with the local garrison and military enterprises,strengthen the comprehensive educational function.
