Research On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Basic Public Services In Tibet

The 7th Central Tibet Work Symposium of 2020 proposed to expedite high-caliber progress,particularly the comprehensive provision of transportation amenities,medical instruction,and elderly social security,which are closely associated with everyday life,and to fortify the building of public service facilities.As an important minority border area in China,Tibet has unique geographical location and cultural characteristics,and is the natural protective barrier of the motherland.Tibet,despite its high-quality and rapid development,is still facing many challenges.Its economic development is still relatively behind;its location in the harsh southwest border,with its high altitude and low pressure,restricts its economic,cultural,educational,medical,infrastructure and other development.To improve the current state of public services in Tibet,it is essential to investigate and improve the situation.This study has studied the literature of previous scholars and found that the research scope of basic public services will vary from person to person.Six categories of research into basic public services in Tibet have been identified,primarily comprising of basic public education,basic public employment,basic social security,medical and health,cultural and sports,and public security.As the reference object,choose the national mean and the mean of the eight ethnic provinces and regions,which are the five autonomous regions of Tibet Autonomous Region,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and the three multi-ethnic provinces of Qinghai,Guizhou,and Yunnan.This comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed by utilizing literature research,entropy topsis analysis,qualitative analysis,and quantitative analysis,in order to explain the current state of basic public services in Tibet.The theoretical support for this study is provided by public product theory,new public service theory,and governance theory,in addition to the expertise of experts and scholars.Analyzing the factors impacting basic public services in Tibet,countermeasures and suggestions for improving the current state of these services should be proposed.This study’s main findings,derived from an examination of the current state of affairs and the factors impacting basic public services in Tibet,are as follows: the development of these services from 2010 to2020 has been generally satisfactory,with basic public security being especially noteworthy.Moreover,the building of medical and health services must be further enhanced.The three factors that have a cumulative cyclical causal effect on the development of basic public services in Tibet are population density,GDP per capita,and the capacity to expend on these services.This study proposes countermeasures and suggestions,including: enhancing fiscal revenue and expenditure,introducing novel educational ideas;integrating information resources and creating job prospects;and popularizing social security knowledge.Enhance the quality of life;Construct and enhance the medical and health system,augmenting the quality of training of talents;Amplify cultural and sporting promotion,cultivate a healthy and tranquil atmosphere of life,and bolster the intensity of.public security management,and protect the people’s life circle.
