Discussion And Analysis On The Education And Management Of University Student Party Members In The New Situation

As university student party members are regarded as the reserve force enjoying a special status at the new historical stage of our Party,the education and management of university student party members have formed the main part of university party construction."Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improvement of University Student Party Members'Political Ideology",which was brought forward by the Central Committee of the CCP and the State Council in 2004,entrusted the university student party construction with a formidable and stern task. With the increasingly deepening of reform and opening-up in our country, especially with the economic globalization, the politics multi-polarization,the diversification of value,the rapid spreading of internet and constantly enlarging scale of the universities,the university party organizations are confronted with many challenges and problems on the education and management of undergraduate party members.On the basis of research and some reference documents,this paper will discuss and analyze the education and management of university student party members from three aspects by putting them in the current situation. The first part mainly discusses the new challenges that education and management of university student party members are faced with. And the second part focuses on the analysis of the prominent problems existing in the education and management. The third part explores the measures that can help us handle these problems and improve the education and management. All in all,the above discussion and analysis aim at helping us deal with the new situation and practically strengthen the university student party construction,especially the education and management of university student party members,which can improve the quality and standard of education and management.This paper has a practical and instructive meaning in exploring the problem that how the university party organizations in their practical work can turn challenges into opportunities, convert problems into motive power and perform well in the education and management of university student party members. At the same time,this paper can also be used as reference for the further strengthening and improvement of university student party members'political ideology.
