The "Post Soviet Space" countries are regarded as an important Geo-Strategy position because they are adjacent to Russia and China and located in the buffer zone of Asia and Europe.Their rich oil resources and special geopolitical advantages have become the place for the United States and Russia and other major countries to compete and fight.Under the banner of "Democratic Transformation",the United States carried out activities to subvert other countries’ regimes in order to maintain its global hegemony.First of all,the concept of "Color Revolution" and "Post-Soviet Space" is defined in a specific context, and then four countries under the geographical category of "Post-Soviet Space" are selected for case analysis, and the impact of "Color Revolution" is briefly described.Secondly, put the implementation of the "Color Revolution" by the United States under the policy of its "Export Democracy Strategy",and analyze the internal and external causes of the "Color Revolution" instigated by the United States in the "Post-Soviet Space" countries. The "Export Democracy Strategy" of the United States and the implementation of "Color Revolution" in the "post-Soviet space" reflect the profound impact of American values on its national policy. The United States pursues universal values, which are embedded in its history, culture and ideology, and externalized in its national interests and political aspirations. In the international context of competition among major powers, the United States intends to revive the western democratic world, strengthen its control over its western allies, and prevent China and Russia from reconstructing the "Old Favorable US" unreasonable international economic and political order. In addition to seeking to influence and control the political level of other countries, the United States promotes democracy to the outside world, and the US dollar financial hegemony nurtured by the huge economic benefits it seeks,to a certain extent,"feeds back" the US political hegemony, thus forming a closed loop of power and interest transmission. The United States has built the world order according to its own will. The third part outlines the specific measures taken by the Trump and Biden governments to implement the "Color Revolution" strategy in different governance periods, and analyzes the reasons for the evolution of the "Color Revolution" strategy of the two governments.Due to different foreign policy priorities, the different ruling authorities in the United States have slightly different in the specific practice of the "Color Revolution".However,NGO such as the National Democracy Foundation, which is actually responsible for promoting democratic values, have not stopped inciting the "Color Revolution" in the target country, and the two parties, based on common ideology and values, will also eliminate differences and seek consensus from the perspective of safeguarding the core interests of the country. Finally, the Central Asian region under the geographical category of "Post-Soviet Space" concerns China’s geopolitical interests and energy security interests. The latest edition of the National Security Strategy of the United States identifies China as the "priority and only global competitor".In the foreseeable future, the United States is bound to intensify competition and confrontation with China in various fields.By studying and analyzing the threat posed by the "Color Revolution" to national security, this paper puts forward our countermeasures.
