The rapid development of the national economy has led to increasing attention to the healthy development of the economy.The Party and government have long been committed to promoting the construction of new smart cities,and have always been based on the basic situation of domestic informatization and new urbanization development.Promoting the construction of new smart cities is an important way to build China.Smart cities have gradually become a major form of new urbanization construction in China,and of course,a series of practical problems have also been encountered during the construction process.In recent years,counties represented by W County have conducted in-depth explorations in the construction of smart cities,and have also achieved outstanding development achievements.This has further provided strong reference and inspiration for the construction of smart cities in northern China and even the whole country,and can further provide strong support for enriching domestic research on smart cities.However,it should be pointed out that the construction of smart cities in China is still in an immature stage.With the continuous expansion of the city scale,W County has also encountered a series of practical problems in the development process,such as coordinated development and optimization of service efficiency.The resolution of these problems can always promote the development process of smart cities from multiple aspects.The research work takes W County as the starting point,focusing on sorting out the basic overview and some practical difficulties of smart city construction in the county.Based on this,feasible policy recommendations are proposed.This includes a systematic review of research data on smart cities by domestic and foreign researchers.Secondly,with the help of text analysis and survey research,the basic overview of the construction of smart cities in W County was comprehensively sorted out,with a focus on three aspects:the initial construction of a political system,the emphasis on application scenario construction,and the high attention paid by the government.From this,various problems,including the low level of intelligent services,were identified,and the internal reasons for their occurrence were pointed out.Once again,some successful experiences in the construction of smart cities in cities around the world were introduced.Finally,a series of feasible suggestions were proposed for the improvement direction of W County’s smart city construction based on the comprehensive research work,such as strengthening the talent driven strategy,highlighting the people-oriented construction concept,and so on.The main innovation of the full text research work lies in the comprehensive analysis of the research object based on policy text analysis and questionnaire survey methods based on public satisfaction,further integrating the theory of smart cities as guidance,and combining practical experience.Accurately grasping the analysis of existing problems and internal reasons,striving to provide certain theoretical and practical guidance for the construction of smart cities in W County.
