| The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed the strategic goal of realizing the modernization of national governance capacity.Governance has become a social hot spot for a while.The transformation from management to governance shows the fundamental change of the concept and way of government’s governance.Absorbing more social pluralism to participate in social governance,and realizing effective government governance Participatory governance is to achieve extensive and diversified political participation,and become a new governance mode between the government and citizens in the new era.For Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang which is the megalopoli,the level of urban modernization is constantly improving.Through Party build leading the red property gradually integrate participatory governance into urban community governance,but there are also some problems in the rapid development of urban participatory community governance.The study by analyzing the case of community epidemic prevention and control in Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang in 2021 and other successful cases of participatory governance in urban communities,has found problems and causes of community governance in Shijiazhuang.The problems are that The concept of participatory governance is not strong,the construction of participatory governance system is not perfect,the participation of the main body of participatory governance is not balanced,and the ability of social organizations to participate in community governance is insufficient.Through analyzing successful cases of other urban community participatory governance,found strengthening the concept of community participatory governance,improving the community participatory governance mechanism,strengthen participatory governance plural consciousness,enhancing the capacity of social organizations to participate in community governance and so on four aspects to propose reference experience and solutions to explore suitable for other urban community participatory governance of the country’s development model. |
