2021,compared with the traditional offline means of sexual assault,the criminal cost and difficulty of online sexual assault against minors are greatly reduced.What we all know is that crimes of paper consists of four chapters.The main content of the first chapter is to summarize the main characteristics of online sexual assault against minors.The author takes the online sexual assault against minors in the past five years as the blueprint,and summarizes it through typical analysis methods.The characteristics of the subject of crime are as follows:most of the criminals are men with low educational level and no legitimate occupation;The characteristics of the victims are as follows: the victims are mostly passive and silent young women;The characteristics of criminal behavior are obvious concealment and softening,with a tendency of generalization.By studying the main characteristics of online sexual assault against minors,we can clearly understand the internal characteristics of such crimes from the appearance to the essence,and provide strong guidance and support for the subsequent suggestions on prevention and control countermeasures.The second chapter analyzes the formation mechanism of online sexual assault against minors from the subjective factors of the perpetrator and the objective conditions existing in the society.Among them,the subjective factors prohibited objects,so as to reduce the occurrence of recidivism by sex offenders.
