of the petition system.Some problems have emerged in the current system operation practice,which to some extent hinder the exertion of the effectiveness of the letter and visit system.Some of these petition system and attempt to solve them,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the performance of its institutional functions in the context of political system development,institutional mechanism reform,and continuous socio-economic development,To investigate the interaction between its institutional functions and other political and legal systems at the embedded and complementary level of our political and legal system framework,we must go deep into the micro practical profile of institutional operation to analyze and explore.Starting from this perspective,the analysis finds
