In recent years,community social enterprises have gradually become an innovative way to solve social problems in communities.The enterprise is operated in a marketoriented way,which can revitalize community resources,serve community residents,and supplement community funds.It provides a new path for community governance and joint construction.Although Chengdu is actively promoting the development and cultivation of community social enterprises,these kinds of enterprises generally have problems such as unprofessional business management and insufficient identification and mobilization of resources.This thesis evaluates the level of resource utilization of A community social enterprise.With finding out problems,we put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of resource utilization of enterprises.Enterprises of the same type can learn from the research results,which also will help promote the development of community social enterprises in Chengdu.The specific research is as follows:First of all,the connotation of community social enterprise is expounded through literature review,and the resource-based theory and enterprise ecosystem theory are researched and analyzed,which lays the theoretical foundation for the full text.Combining the current situation and characteristics of social enterprises in community A and literature review,the evaluation indicators for the resource utilization level of social enterprises in community A are initially drafted,and then human resources,financial resources,material resources,and cultural resources are finally confirmed through the evaluation and suggestions of experts.There are five first-level indicators of business resources and business resources,and each first-level indicator is decomposed into a total of 21 second-level indicators.Then,use the AHP to sort the importance of various resources and determine the weight of the indicators.On this basis,experts who are familiar with social enterprises in community A are invited to conduct a questionnaire survey on their resource utilization level,and then confirm the validity of the questionnaire through reliability and validity analysis.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate each index of resource utilization level,and the final evaluation result is obtained.The research results show that the level of resource utilization of social enterprises in community A is in the general state,and the utilization of resources has only initially produced social and economic benefits,and the mechanism of utilization is relatively shallow and not effective enough.Based on the in-depth analysis of the importance of resources and the scoring results,social enterprises in community A are still lacking in corporate innovation and corporate management,and the identification,development and utilization of some resources need to be strengthened.According to the analysis results,the corresponding strategies are put forward,that is,the method of constructing social enterprises in community A to form an innovative resource utilization mode is proposed,and the corresponding countermeasures for improving the utilization level of various types of resources are proposed.Through the above research,this thesis completes the construction of an evaluation model for the resource utilization level of A community social enterprise.Through the results analyzing,finally give some suggestions,which not only clarifies the path and method for the improvement and development of the resource utilization level of A community social enterprises,but also provides reference for the same type of start-up community social enterprises.
