| In 2020,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Educational Supervision Mechanism in the New Era,which clearly pointed out that the reform of the educational supervision system and mechanism in the new era should be deepened,and the quality and level of educational supervision should be continuously improved by optimizing the management system,perfecting the operation mechanism and strengthening the application of results.It is necessary to speed up the construction of an information management platform for education supervision,integrate and build an information management platform for education supervision that is unified across the country,used at different levels,open and shared,gradually form an intelligent supervision system supported by modern information technology and big data,and improve the information and scientific level of education supervision.At the same time,educational supervision,as the supervision and guidance behavior of the government in the process of political and school supervision,reflects the implementation of the educational administrative function of the government.Therefore,combined with the opinions on the reform of the national educational supervision mechanism,to effectively highlight the practical effect of strengthening educational supervision,the government needs to combine the information as an important tool to improve the corresponding educational supervision mechanism to promote educational supervision.Combined with the background of informatization,this thesis takes Pujiang County as the research basis,collects and collates the research results on the educational supervision mechanism through literature review and interviews,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the educational supervision mechanism of Pujiang County from the perspectives of digital governance theory,resource dependence theory and collaborative governance theory.Through the analysis,it is realized that there are some problems in the construction process of the educational supervision mechanism in Pujiang County,such as the insufficient promotion and development of each element in the supervision mechanism and the non-smooth operation mode among each element,such as the insufficient digital ability of the supervision subject,the weak construction of the resource supervision environment,and the low enthusiasm of cross-repeated supervision and collaborative supervision among departments.These problems are caused by the lag of functional environment adaptation of various elements in the supervision mechanism,such as the overall quality of the supervision subject is not high and the sharing of supervision resources is not enough.And the cooperation among various elements of the supervision mechanism is not close,such as insufficient inter-departmental communication of supervision tasks,interest competition between education supervision departments and education law enforcement departments,and the lack of coordination and supervision support between departments.Based on the analysis of relevant problems and causes,the countermeasures and suggestions of the educational supervision mechanism in Pujiang County under the background of informatization are to accelerate the functional transformation of the various elements of the educational supervision mechanism and enhance the operation cooperation among the various elements of the educational supervision mechanism.It is believed that improving the digital ability of the main elements of the educational supervision is a strong guarantee to improve the informatization of educational supervision.Speeding up the construction of sharing platform of educational supervision resource elements is an important means to break the barriers of educational supervision resources and strengthening the coordination and participation of relevant departments is a key factor to improve the effect of educational supervision. |
