Research On The Path To Improve The Effectiveness Of Government Supervision Of Internet Catering Platform

With the innovation and rise of Internet information technology,the platform economy has become a new engine to drive China’s economy to achieve high-quality development,and is one of the important basic forces of China’s economic development.The rapid development of platform economy has spawned the emergence and expansion of a large number of Internet platforms,and formed a certain scale of platform agglomeration.Among them,the Internet catering platform is a typical consumer platform,which is a main way for the public to obtain fast food.However,as a catering platform developed by relying on the Internet and information technology,it also has two sides in its development,which will produce corresponding governance problems and cause certain pressure and challenges to government supervision.Therefore,improving the government’s regulatory effectiveness on the Internet catering platform is a realistic requirement to achieve the standard,healthy and sustainable development of the platform,and is also a social development requirement for the government to improve regulatory effectiveness,optimize regulatory functions,and improve the regulatory system.Based on the perspective of government supervision,this paper explores optimization countermeasures for the improvement of government supervision efficiency of Internet catering platforms.Through interviews and surveys,we understand the current situation of government supervision of Internet catering platforms,analyze the existing problems of inadequate government supervision efficiency and analyze the causes of the problems.Based on PSR(pressure-state-response)theory,a model for the improvement of government supervision efficiency of Internet catering platforms is constructed,and the influencing relationship between government supervision pressure,government supervision state and government supervision efficiency is explored by empirical method,so as to explore the operating mechanism of the improvement of government supervision efficiency.By sending questionnaires to government departments and collecting 183 pieces of effective data,this paper analyzes how government regulatory pressure(platform pressure,social pressure,and self-pressure)affects the state of regulation,and then causes the process of regulatory response,so as to clarify the operating mechanism of improving the efficiency of government regulation.Combined with the research results of the interview survey and data analysis,the design framework and optimization path are proposed for the improvement of government supervision efficiency.The results show that the pressure of the Internet catering platform,the pressure of social development,and the self-pressure of government supervision will strengthen the state of government supervision;The state of government supervision will positively affect the improvement of government supervision efficiency.At the same time,the state of government supervision plays an intermediary role between the regulatory pressure and the improvement of regulatory efficiency,which confirms that the improvement of government supervision efficiency is a process in line with "pressure-state-response".Based on the empirical research results,by sorting out the inadequacies of government supervision efficiency and combining the areas that need improvement in the current government supervision efficiency,this paper proposes the framework ideas and optimization paths for improving the government supervision efficiency of Internet catering platforms.By incorporating the concept of smart supervision,it builds a responsive regulatory mechanism of the government,coordinates multi-subject supervision,and optimizes the regulatory process and mechanism.Update the regulatory policies and systems,so as to achieve an all-round improvement in the government’s supervision efficiency of Internet catering platforms.
