The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China warns the whole party to keep sober and firm in solving the unique problems of the big party at all times,and must adhere to the "two Always on the Road".Institutional governance is a model of party governance.To solve the unique problems of the major party,it is necessary to regard "improving the self revolutionary system and normative system of the party" as an important task to promote comprehensive and strict governance of the party and promote party building.To improve the Party’s self revolutionary system and norms,it is necessary to improve the Party’s internal regulatory system and establish a unified leadership,comprehensive coverage,and authoritative and efficient supervision system.As an indispensable intra party law,the system of making Party affairs public has its own self revolutionary spirit and supervision function,which makes it an important element of improving the supervision system.It is an inevitable choice for the CPC to always stay ahead of the times and maintain its vitality in the complex and changing world situation.Therefore,the openness of party affairs is a long-term task that needs to be carried out to promote the development of proletarian political parties,and strengthening its institutional construction is necessary and feasible.After the 17 th National Congress listed the openness of party affairs in the Party Constitution,the Regulations on the Publicity of Party Affairs of the CPC(for trial implementation)issued in2017 made important provisions on the openness of party affairs,and remarkable achievements were made in the construction of the system of the openness of party affairs.But with the development of the times,the construction of the party affairs disclosure system also needs to keep up with the times.Starting from theory and practice,this paper conducts a systematic study on the construction of the CPC’s party affairs openness system.This paper is mainly composed of four chapters: introduction and text.The introduction section mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection.By sorting out the existing research results,understanding the overall state of the current research,summarizing the progress and shortcomings revealed in the current research,summarizing the research methods,and clarifying the direction in order to continue to study in-depth research.The first part mainly explores the basic connotation and theoretical origins of party affairs openness.Surrounding the basic concept of party affairs openness,this article distinguishes it from "government affairs openness",explores its relationship with the secrets of the Conservative Party,and explores the theoretical origins of party affairs openness,laying the foundation for subsequent research.The second part mainly focuses on the historical process,effectiveness,and experience of the construction of the party affairs disclosure system.Based on the development history of the Party,the timeline of the construction of the Party’s public affairs system is sorted out,and the time nodes for the construction of
