Research On The Construction And Application Of Knowledge Base Of Cadre Talent Management Based On Intelligent Group Labor

In the process of construction and development of smart city,the smart construction of organizational work is also in full swing.The cadres and talents files formed in the process of organizational work are scattered,diverse and heterogeneous,which is an important part of organizational work and an important basis for organizing personnel departments to select and employ people.For the management of cadres and talents archives,it is not only related to the wisdom construction of organizational work,but also affects the quality of cadres and talents team built by the Party.Therefore,the efficiency of knowledge management and knowledge service of cadre talent archives needs to be improved urgently.The construction of cadre talent management knowledge base based on intelligent organization is of great significance to the deep excavation of archive resources,the improvement of knowledge management and service efficiency of archives,and the play of the role of cadre talent archives in assisting decision-making.Based on the discussion of the research background and significance,and the research status at home and abroad,this paper proposes the construction of the cadre talent management knowledge base based on the requirements of the intelligent organization and personnel department and the cadre personnel file working institution.First of all,under the guidance of the post-archival storage paradigm,knowledge management and knowledge base theory,this paper discusses the objectives,principles and functional requirements of the construction of the knowledge base for cadre talent management.On this basis,a knowledge base architecture composed of three core layers,namely,the data acquisition layer,the knowledge organization layer and the knowledge service layer,is constructed.Secondly,it analyzes the application scenarios of cadre talent management knowledge base in cadre selection and appointment,examination and supervision,and optimal allocation of talent team.Finally,the knowledge base of cadre talent management of Organization Department of xx Provincial Party Committee is verified on theory and model.This study provides a new idea for the knowledge management and service of the innovative cadre talent archives.
