Research On Panjin City’s Supply Of Empty Nest Elderly Care Services

Affected by the decline of the population fertility rate and the economic gap between urban and rural areas,empty nest families in urban and rural areas have become a social phenomenon,and the pension of empty nest elderly has attracted the attention of the whole society.Based on the new social reality of the new development stage,how to ensure the effective supply of elderly care services for the empty nest elderly,balance the elderly care responsibility relationship of families,society,government and other subjects,and control and solve social conflicts arising in the process of economic development are of key significance for China to achieve the second centennial goal and establish a friendly society for the elderly.This thesis focuses on the elderly care of the empty nesters in Panjin City,investigates the current situation of the elderly care services for the empty nesters by means of visits,questionnaires,interviews and other methods,strengthens the understanding of the content,supply mode,financial security,supporting policies and other aspects of the elderly care services for the empty nesters in Panjin City,and summarizes some problems in the elderly care services for the empty nesters in Panjin City based on the interview and research,For example,the total amount of elderly care service supply is insufficient,the level of elderly care service supply is low,the elderly care service supply project is single,and the elderly care service policy is not targeted.The above problems are mainly due to the imperfection of the current social security system,the imperfection of pension policies,the absence of a multi subject cooperation mechanism,the inaccurate grasp of the elderly’s service needs,and the limitation of pension service fund channels.Aiming at the problems and main reasons of the elderly care service for the empty nest elderly in Panjin City,we put forward targeted suggestions on accurately grasping the elderly care service demand,improving the social security system,improving the elderly care service policy,expanding the funding channels for elderly care services,creating a multi subject cooperation mechanism,etc.,to promote the development of the elderly care service supply capacity and supply system for the empty nest elderly in Panjin City.By studying the elderly care service supply for the empty nest elderly in Panjin City,this thesis proposes the responsibilities and measures of the government,families,communities,economic entities and other multiple entities in the elderly care service for the empty nest elderly in combination with local characteristics,giving full play to the role of the government as a whole,creating a good elderly care environment for Panjin City,and also providing some reference for the elderly care service supply for the empty nest elderly in other places.
